【摘要】：目前,服務(wù)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展并逐漸成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的新動(dòng)力,其發(fā)展情況已經(jīng)關(guān)系到我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式,為了更好的轉(zhuǎn)變我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)是突破口,而我國的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)還不夠成熟,調(diào)查表明我國的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)占GDP的比重約在15%。但是這個(gè)比重與我國是制造業(yè)大國遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。隨著我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展步入新常態(tài),積極推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級,充分發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的融合正成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新出路。安徽省作為中部代表省份,也是中國中部崛起的中堅(jiān)力量,在當(dāng)前我國的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)步入改革的深化時(shí)期,增速放緩、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展下行壓力增大,如何發(fā)展好安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)意義重大。本文共分為五章內(nèi)容。第一章內(nèi)容是關(guān)于選題背景與文獻(xiàn)綜述等。首先通過介紹有關(guān)國際上發(fā)達(dá)國家生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和途徑等經(jīng)驗(yàn),繼而轉(zhuǎn)到我國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平與國際水平對比中存在的弱勢,還有我國發(fā)達(dá)省市區(qū)域所作出的針對性的措施與成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論述地處中部地區(qū)安徽省重視和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要性。其次,關(guān)于國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界對于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)研究的文獻(xiàn)介紹,包括對于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的定義與劃分、研究方法、研究方向等。同時(shí),也詳細(xì)的列明了關(guān)于安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)論文研究的5個(gè)方向。最后簡要說明本文的研究思路、創(chuàng)新和不足。第二章是關(guān)于本文所要用到的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)概念及分類的界定,以及本文所引入的投入產(chǎn)出分析方法的基本原理和理論知識等的介紹。第三、第四章是本文的核心部分。第三章首先描述安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和規(guī)模,對其發(fā)展水平有一個(gè)總體上的了解。然后,基于2002年、2007年、2012年安徽省投入產(chǎn)出表,運(yùn)用投入產(chǎn)出理論中中間投入率和最初投入結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù)、中間需求率和最終需求結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù)、直接消耗系數(shù)、影響力系數(shù)和感應(yīng)度系數(shù)分別對安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的投入結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)出結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)、產(chǎn)業(yè)的波及效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析。第四章是運(yùn)用投入產(chǎn)出列模型和行模型結(jié)構(gòu)分解來從最初投入和最終需求角度來找出影響安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。第五章對近年安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)及存在的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié),最后提出生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。通過實(shí)證分析,總體上,安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在2002年-2012年的增長趨勢微弱,其占服務(wù)業(yè)的比重增長了 1.67%,與安徽省國民生產(chǎn)總值在這10年的快速增長不匹配。具體到生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)中各個(gè)行業(yè),現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)等5個(gè)部門同樣在2002年-2012年的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化不明顯,產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)還有待改善。尤要指出的是安徽省的信息服務(wù)業(yè)和科技服務(wù)業(yè)相較于其他3個(gè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)處于落后態(tài)勢,除生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)外,其他產(chǎn)業(yè)對于它們的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)微弱。基于此,安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)是一種與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)有著很高關(guān)聯(lián)的服務(wù)性產(chǎn)業(yè),一直貫穿在制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)價(jià)值鏈的各個(gè)過程,為了促進(jìn)安徽省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)更好的優(yōu)化與升級,促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)等產(chǎn)業(yè)高度融合、互動(dòng)發(fā)展,安徽省的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展應(yīng)發(fā)揮集聚效應(yīng),解決專業(yè)化人才緊缺等問題,大力加強(qiáng)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:At present, the service industry is developing rapidly and gradually becoming the new motive force of our country's economic growth. Its development has already related to the economic growth mode of our country. In order to change our country's economic structure, the productive service industry is a breakthrough, and the productive service industry of our country is not mature enough. The investigation shows that the production service industry of our country accounts for the ratio of GDP. The weight is about 15%., but this proportion is far from our country's manufacturing country. With the economic development of our country entering a new normal, actively promoting industrial structure optimization and upgrading, fully developing the integration of production service industry and manufacturing industry is becoming the new way of economic development. Anhui is the central province of China and the rise of central China. The core force, in the current China's overall economy into the deepening period of reform, the growth slowdown, the downward pressure of economic development, how to develop the productive service industry in Anhui is of great significance. This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is about the background of the topic and literature review. First, it introduces the related international developed countries. The development status, characteristics and ways of the home productive service industry are then transferred to the weakness in the comparison of the development level of the productive service industry in China and the international level, and the targeted measures and successful experience made by the developed provinces and cities in China. On this basis, the Anhui Province in the central region attaches great importance to and develops production. The importance of the service industry to promote economic growth. Secondly, the literature on the research of the productive service industry at home and abroad, including the definition and division of the productive service industry, the research method and the direction of the research. At the same time, the 5 directions about the research on the production service industry in Anhui province are also detailed. Finally, a brief description is made. The second chapter is about the definition of the concept and classification of the productive service industry used in this article, and the introduction of the basic principles and theoretical knowledge of the input-output analysis method introduced in this article. Third, the fourth chapter is the core part of this article. The third chapter describes the production suit of Anhui Province first. There is a general understanding of the development status and scale of the business industry. Then, based on the 2002, 2007, and 2012 Anhui input-output tables, the intermediate input rate and the initial input structure coefficient, the intermediate demand rate and the final demand structure coefficient, the direct consumption coefficient, the influence coefficient and the induction degree are used in the input-output theory. In the fourth chapter, the fourth chapter is to find out the factors that affect the development of the production service industry in Anhui province from the initial input and the final demand angle. The fifth chapter is on the recent years. The characteristics and existing problems of the development of the productive service industry in Anhui Province are summarized. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the productive service industry are put forward. Through the empirical analysis, the growth trend of Anhui productive service industry in the year -2012 in 2002 is weak, and the proportion of its service industry has increased by 1.67%, and the gross national product of Anhui province is in these 10 years. The rapid growth does not match. The industrial structure of the 5 departments, such as the 5 departments of the modern logistics industry and other industries in the production service industry, has not changed obviously in 2002, and the correlation between industries remains to be improved. In particular, it is pointed out that the information service industry and the technology service industry in Anhui are behind the other 3 productive services. In addition to the productive service industry, other industries have a weak connection to their industry. Based on this, the productive service industry in Anhui province is a kind of service industry which is closely related to other industries. It has been running through the process of the production value chain of the manufacturing industry, in order to promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Anhui Province, and promote the promotion of life. The production service industry and manufacturing industry are highly integrated and interactive development. The development of the productive service industry in Anhui province should bring into play the agglomeration effect, solve the shortage of professional talents and so on, and strengthen the construction of the talent team.
