【摘要】：現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)是我國(guó)針對(duì)當(dāng)今全球經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)變革的需求以及我國(guó)國(guó)情而提出的一個(gè)全新的概念，現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)以其高科技含量、低能耗、高附加值的特點(diǎn)，對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)的良性發(fā)展有著極大的促進(jìn)作用�，F(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的強(qiáng)大，不僅有助于帶動(dòng)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的低端到高端的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)，提高生產(chǎn)率，同時(shí)還能促進(jìn)就業(yè)，帶動(dòng)我國(guó)整體社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活力，進(jìn)而對(duì)于社會(huì)穩(wěn)定，國(guó)家的繁榮富強(qiáng)都有著突出的貢獻(xiàn)。 長(zhǎng)春市做為吉林省省會(huì)，有著堅(jiān)實(shí)的工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和豐富的自然資源，其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)于整個(gè)吉林省經(jīng)濟(jì)乃至東三省的經(jīng)濟(jì)都有著重大的帶動(dòng)作用。發(fā)展長(zhǎng)春市的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)，對(duì)于促進(jìn)就業(yè)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，提升農(nóng)業(yè)、制造業(yè)以及傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)都有著不可低估的作用，同時(shí)還能提高吉林省經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體活力，提升人民生活水平。 因此本文從長(zhǎng)春市的基本情況著手，從歷年的經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)出發(fā)，運(yùn)用圖表分析法，，揭示長(zhǎng)春市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)近幾年的發(fā)展進(jìn)程與水平，且與全國(guó)的平均水平做對(duì)比；然后根據(jù)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)理論，運(yùn)用因子分析法，分析針對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)所應(yīng)選的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)；最后基于更好的為長(zhǎng)春市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供決策支持，本文運(yùn)用時(shí)間序列模型，系統(tǒng)、量化的分析了相關(guān)因素對(duì)于長(zhǎng)春市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展影響的顯著性，并給出了有針對(duì)性的意見以及建議。
[Abstract]:The modern service industry is a new concept proposed by our country in view of the demand of the global economic situation change and the national conditions of our country. The modern service industry is characterized by its high-tech content, low energy consumption and high added value. For the benign development of the economy has a great role in promoting. The strength of the modern service industry is not only conducive to the optimization and upgrading of other industries from the low end of the industrial chain to the high end of the industrial chain, but also to the promotion of employment, to the overall social and economic vitality of our country, and to social stability. The country's prosperity and strength have made outstanding contributions. Changchun, as the provincial capital of Jilin Province, has a solid industrial foundation and rich natural resources, and its economic development plays an important role in promoting the economy of the whole Jilin Province and even the three East provinces. The development of the modern service industry in Changchun has played an important role in promoting employment, optimizing the industrial structure, promoting agriculture, manufacturing and traditional services, as well as enhancing the overall vitality of the economy of Jilin Province. Improve the living standards of the people. Therefore, this paper starts from the basic situation of Changchun, starting from the economic data over the years, using the chart analysis method, reveals the development process and level of the modern service industry in Changchun in recent years, and compares with the average level of the whole country. Then according to the theory of leading industry, using factor analysis method, this paper analyzes the leading industries that should be selected for the development of modern service industry in Changchun. Finally, based on the better decision support for the development plan of modern service industry in Changchun, Based on the time series model, this paper analyzes the significance of relevant factors to the development of modern service industry in Changchun, and gives some suggestions and suggestions.
