【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代初起,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中的作用不斷提升,全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)在總體上已呈現(xiàn)出從“工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)”向“創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟(jì)”轉(zhuǎn)型的趨勢,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)成為推動當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要力量。中國正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)快速變革的重要階段,剛剛經(jīng)歷全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的低迷期,如何順應(yīng)全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化趨勢,加快中國創(chuàng)意業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程,提高創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場化和國際化水平,為新一輪經(jīng)濟(jì)增長提供動力,成為當(dāng)前和今后一個時期的重大課題。 創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)在集群特征和集聚動力使得產(chǎn)業(yè)的集群化是其必然趨勢,在中國當(dāng)前的工業(yè)化進(jìn)程階段和城市化發(fā)展水平下,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)模式是一個理性的選擇,論文從創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的特征、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品的成本特征、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品的市場定價機(jī)制等方面論證創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)是創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的最優(yōu)組織模式。創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展作為一個具有正反饋機(jī)制特征的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),其產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展過程是一個創(chuàng)意不斷進(jìn)發(fā)的過程,而園區(qū)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)在動力源于各種動力因子,以及由此組成的有機(jī)協(xié)作、聯(lián)動發(fā)展的體系和機(jī)制。論文指出創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的動力因子包括政策因子、文化因子和網(wǎng)絡(luò)因子以及創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的動力機(jī)制：文化傳播與創(chuàng)新機(jī)制、分工協(xié)作機(jī)制、自增強(qiáng)機(jī)制。通過結(jié)合“環(huán)同濟(jì)”建筑設(shè)計產(chǎn)業(yè)園發(fā)展中的問題分析創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)模式的優(yōu)越性和創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的必然趨勢。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of 1990s, the role of creative industry in economic growth has been increasing, and the global industrial structure has shown a trend of transition from "industrial economy" to "creative economy". Creative industry has become an important force to promote contemporary economic growth. China is at an important stage of rapid economic restructuring. It has just experienced a downturn in the global economy. How to adapt to the changing trend of the global industrial structure and speed up the industrialization process of China's creative industry? To improve the level of marketization and internationalization of creative industries and to provide a driving force for the new round of economic growth has become a major issue in the present and future periods. The inherent cluster characteristics and agglomeration power of creative industry make the industry cluster is an inevitable trend. Under the current industrialization stage and urbanization development level in China, the mode of creative industry park is a rational choice. This paper demonstrates that the creative industry park is the best organization model of creative industry from the aspects of the characteristics of creative industry, the cost characteristics of creative products and the market pricing mechanism of creative products. As a complex system with positive feedback mechanism, the development process of creative industrial park is a process of continuous development of creativity, and the inherent power of innovation system of park comes from all kinds of dynamic factors. And the organic cooperation, linkage development system and mechanism. The paper points out that the dynamic factors of creative industrial park innovation system include policy factor, culture factor and network factor, as well as the dynamic mechanism of creative industry park innovation system: culture dissemination and innovation mechanism, division of labor cooperation mechanism, self-enhancement mechanism. This paper analyzes the superiority of creative industrial park model and the inevitable trend of innovation system construction by combining with the problems in the development of "ring and Tongji" architectural design industrial park.
