【摘要】:根據第六次全國人口普查數據顯示:我國60歲及以上人口占到總人口的13.26%。與2000年全國人口普查數據相比提高了2.93個百分點,其中65歲及以上人口占8.87%,比2000年上升了1.91個百分點,目前我國是世界上唯一一個老齡化人口超過1億的國家,老齡人口基數龐大,且當前正在以每年3%的速度持續(xù)增長。按照聯合國的通行標準,我國己進入老齡化社會。但與西方國家不同,相對于目前我國的經濟發(fā)展水平而言,是提前進入了老齡化社會,但社會財富積累遠遠落后于世界發(fā)達國家的平均水平,所以體現出“未富先老”的特征。擁有職工社區(qū)的特大型國有企業(yè)從完善社會責任尋求突破,構建多位一體的網絡化居家養(yǎng)老綜合服務體系,是對我國養(yǎng)老模式的有益探索,將對目前新常態(tài)下的養(yǎng)老事業(yè)做出積極貢獻。通過文獻查閱,實地調研等方式,對全球的家庭養(yǎng)老,機構養(yǎng)老,居家養(yǎng)老等模式進行了分析和比較,針對特大型國有企業(yè)的的職工社區(qū)的的特點提出了構建“網絡化居家養(yǎng)老平臺”的商業(yè)模式。這種模式既符合我國傳統(tǒng)的價值觀,同時還可以讓社區(qū)內4萬多名老人,3萬多個家庭可以從居家養(yǎng)老模式中更好的享受到醫(yī)療護理,家政服務,電商平臺等便捷的服務,從而減輕老人子女的撫養(yǎng)負擔,同時也能更好的滿足老年人的養(yǎng)老需求。平臺模式是目前全球正在興起的一種新型戰(zhàn)略模式,通過一個平臺連接兩個或兩個以上的群體互動,滿足平臺各方的需要,這符合“用戶至上、免費、整合與融合”的互聯網思維精神,用這種模式在養(yǎng)老領域內進行創(chuàng)新的商業(yè)模式構建,將會降低養(yǎng)老成本,減輕社會負擔,對老人來講,可以更好實現按需訂制,實現價廉物美,讓老年人用到稱心如意的各種產品和服務。本研究以商業(yè)計劃書的方式,通過運用MBA課堂所學的理論和最新的商業(yè)模式構成文獻,針對特大型國有企業(yè)職工社區(qū)內的老人這一特定群體,進行理論與實際結合,加以研究。進行了市場分析、競爭性分析和SWOT分析等,并且針對項目投資估算和效益分析,同時對項目可能出現的風險進行界定最后提出了應對措施,通過以上的論述和分析,得出本項目建設是可行的,具備一定投資價值的結論。
[Abstract]:According to the data of the sixth National Census, the population aged 60 and above accounts for 13.26% of the total population. Compared with the data from the 2000 national census, the number of people aged 65 and over accounted for 8.87 percent, an increase of 1.91 percentage points over 2000. At present, China is the only country in the world with an aging population of more than 100 million. The aging population is large and is growing at a rate of 3 per cent a year. In accordance with the general standards of the United Nations, China has entered an aging society. But different from the western countries, compared with the present economic development level of our country, it has entered the aging society ahead of schedule, but the accumulation of social wealth is far behind the average level of the developed countries in the world, so it embodies the characteristic of "getting old before getting rich". The super-large state-owned enterprises with workers' communities seek for breakthrough in perfecting social responsibility and construct a network comprehensive service system for the aged at home, which is a beneficial exploration for the pension model of our country. Will make a positive contribution to the current new normal pension industry. Through literature review, field research and other methods, this paper analyzes and compares the global models of family pension, institutional old-age care, home old-age care, etc. According to the characteristics of the staff and workers community of the super large state-owned enterprises, this paper puts forward the business model of constructing the "network home and old-age support platform". This model not only conforms to the traditional values of our country, but also enables more than 40,000 elderly people in the community, more than 30,000 families to enjoy better medical care, domestic service, e-commerce platform and other convenient services from the home old-age care model. In order to reduce the burden of raising elderly children, but also better to meet the needs of the elderly. The platform model is a new type of strategic model that is emerging all over the world. It connects two or more groups through one platform to meet the needs of all parties of the platform, which is consistent with "user first, free," The integration and integration of the Internet thinking spirit, using this model to build innovative business model in the field of old-age care, will reduce the cost of pension, reduce the burden of society, for the elderly, can better achieve on demand customized, To achieve low prices and good quality, let the elderly use satisfactory products and services. In this paper, by the way of business plan, by using the theory and the newest business model learned in MBA classroom, the author makes a research on the combination of theory and practice for the special group of the elderly in the community of workers and staff of super large state-owned enterprises. Market analysis, competitive analysis and SWOT analysis are carried out, and the project investment estimation and benefit analysis are carried out. At the same time, the possible risks of the project are defined. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward, through the above discussion and analysis, Draw the conclusion that the project construction is feasible and has certain investment value.
