【摘要】：軟件外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展必須與金融資本整合,建立多元化投融資模式,其目標是建立政府推動模式,增強國際與社會民間資本投資軟件服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè),完善風險投資運行機制等,從而提升我國軟件服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的能力。結(jié)合軟件服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資的特性需求,明確軟件服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)投融資模式類型,強調(diào)多元化投融資模式對軟件服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所具有的迫切性和現(xiàn)實性。
[Abstract]:The development of software outsourcing industry must be integrated with financial capital, and a diversified investment and financing model should be established. Its goal is to establish a government promotion model, strengthen the international and social private capital investment, software service outsourcing industry, and perfect the operation mechanism of venture capital, etc. So as to enhance the ability of software service outsourcing industry development in China. According to the characteristic demand of investment and financing of software service outsourcing industry, this paper clarifies the types of investment and financing mode of software service outsourcing industry, and emphasizes the urgency and reality of diversified investment and financing mode to the development of software service outsourcing industry.
