博弈視角下的科技中介組織與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新主體的協(xié)同發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著我國科技發(fā)展的步伐不斷加快,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟迅速發(fā)展,區(qū)域一體化的要求日益突出。在向轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)的新型經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式邁進(jìn)的過程中,通過推動科技中介組織與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新主體之間的協(xié)同發(fā)展來拉動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟,具有十分重要的意義。本文在對科技中介組織的涵義和類型以及運行機制、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新主體的發(fā)展、博弈論和協(xié)同學(xué)的相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,針對科技中介組織與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新主體協(xié)同發(fā)展中知識分享的現(xiàn)狀,運用博弈論方法,建立了在完全信息靜態(tài)博弈時的博弈矩陣,并分析了在政府通過撥發(fā)知識分享支持資金來促進(jìn)知識分享的措施中,科技中介組織與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新主體協(xié)同發(fā)展中的知識分享狀況發(fā)生的改善,從長期合作的角度分析了無限次重復(fù)博弈對雙方進(jìn)行知識分享的影響。運用演化博弈分析法,對于科技中介組織同區(qū)域創(chuàng)新主體的協(xié)同發(fā)展演化方向做了研究,通過建立復(fù)制動態(tài)方程,分析其相應(yīng)的雅可比矩陣,尋求到了協(xié)同發(fā)展的演化穩(wěn)定策略,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀和演化穩(wěn)定策略對于在今后很長的階段中科技中介組織與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新主體協(xié)同發(fā)展的演化機制作了分析,根據(jù)對這種協(xié)同發(fā)展的分析構(gòu)建了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,并對網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系中節(jié)點和網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次的構(gòu)建以及貫穿于整個協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的關(guān)系鏈條做了分析。以對科技中介組織與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新主體協(xié)同發(fā)展中的知識分享進(jìn)行博弈分析和對協(xié)同過程的演化博弈分析作為鋪墊,提出了改善和提高知識分享水平的策略:建立信譽機制,調(diào)動知識分享積極性:發(fā)揮合作效力,實現(xiàn)協(xié)同發(fā)展;形成制度保障,穩(wěn)定分享環(huán)境,做出了符合科技中介組織和區(qū)域創(chuàng)新主體協(xié)同發(fā)展需要的制度安排:明確科技中介組織與政府的關(guān)系;端正對科技中介組織的態(tài)度;打好信譽基礎(chǔ);根據(jù)需求合理做出調(diào)整,并對協(xié)同發(fā)展的組織設(shè)計進(jìn)行了初步探索。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid development of regional economy, the requirement of regional integration is becoming more and more prominent. It is of great significance to promote the coordinated development between the intermediary organizations of science and technology and the main body of regional innovation to stimulate the regional economy in the process of moving towards the new economic development mode and adjusting the structure. On the basis of the research on the meaning and type of science and technology intermediary organization and its operation mechanism, the development of regional innovation subject, the game theory and the related theory of Synergetics, In view of the current situation of knowledge sharing in the cooperative development of science and technology intermediary organizations and regional innovation agents, a game matrix is established in the static game of complete information by using game theory method. The paper also analyzes the improvement of knowledge sharing in the collaborative development of science and technology intermediary organizations and regional innovation bodies in the government measures to promote knowledge sharing by allocating funds to support knowledge sharing. The effect of infinite repeated game on knowledge sharing is analyzed from the view of long term cooperation. By using evolutionary game analysis, this paper studies the direction of cooperative development between scientific and technological intermediary organizations and regional innovation agents, and analyzes the corresponding Jacobian matrix by establishing replicating dynamic equations. The evolutionary stability strategy of cooperative development is sought, and the evolutionary mechanism of cooperative development between scientific and technological intermediary organizations and regional innovation agents in a long period of time is analyzed according to the present situation and evolutionary stability strategy. Based on the analysis of this kind of collaborative development, the cooperative innovation network system is constructed, and the construction of nodes and network levels in the network system and the relationship chain running through the whole collaborative innovation network are analyzed. Based on the game analysis of knowledge sharing between scientific and technological intermediary organizations and regional innovation agents, and the evolutionary game analysis of collaborative process, the strategies to improve and improve the level of knowledge sharing are put forward: establishing credit standing mechanism. To mobilize the enthusiasm of knowledge sharing: to bring into full play the effectiveness of cooperation, to achieve coordinated development, to form institutional safeguards and to stabilize the environment for sharing, Make the system arrangement that accords with the need of coordinated development of science and technology intermediary organization and regional innovation subject: make clear the relationship between science and technology intermediary organization and government; correct the attitude towards science and technology intermediary organization; lay a good credit base; make reasonable adjustment according to the demand. The organization design of cooperative development is explored.
