摘要 在當(dāng)前復(fù)雜多變的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境中,穩(wěn)增長已經(jīng)成為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主基調(diào).為了深入探討如何使地方政府的思想和行動統(tǒng)一到中央政府對當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的研判上,本文構(gòu)建委托—代理模型來研究上級政府和下級政府行政長官之間的關(guān)系.我們的研究拓展連續(xù)時間實物期權(quán)模型來決定不確定經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下地方政府主導(dǎo)的最優(yōu)投資時機問題,也考慮下級政府行政長官可能存在的隱藏信息和隱藏行動的問題,從而得到了上級政府的最優(yōu)激勵契約設(shè)計.
