XT酒店發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:XT酒店是一家地處赤峰的經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店,其成立于2007年,至今已經(jīng)有近十年的發(fā)展歷史。XT酒店近年來發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)穩(wěn)定,并且由于地理位置優(yōu)勢(shì),故而一定程度上具有壟斷優(yōu)勢(shì)。但是,XT酒店自身在管理和發(fā)展上也存在諸多局限。比如:XT酒店管理問題、員工流動(dòng)快、客戶范圍較為受限、營銷推廣不足等。XT酒店未能充分結(jié)合自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和資源發(fā)揮良好的優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí),XT酒店目前也面臨著越來越激烈的競爭壓力,因?yàn)槌喾宓木频陻?shù)量在不斷增長。因此,XT酒店要想實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)發(fā)展,不能再按照目前的慣性前進(jìn),而必須重新規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)一套對(duì)未來有指導(dǎo)意義的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。對(duì)此,本文擬通過對(duì)XT酒店發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,為XT酒店發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃參考。本文有以下主要內(nèi)容。第一部分,主要闡述了本文的研究背景、研究目的、研究方法等。第二部分,對(duì)XT酒店發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,從而對(duì)XT酒店的現(xiàn)狀有一個(gè)全面認(rèn)識(shí)了解,以指出對(duì)XT酒店進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略研究的迫切性和必要性。第三部分,首先,分析了XT酒店的內(nèi)外環(huán)境。其次,在分析基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行組合,充分利用資源和優(yōu)勢(shì)來突出XT酒店的獨(dú)特性,同時(shí)一個(gè)重要問題就是當(dāng)XT酒店面臨復(fù)雜嚴(yán)峻內(nèi)外環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)的時(shí)候,努力的完成經(jīng)營目標(biāo)和內(nèi)外部環(huán)境之間的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡,并利用分析的結(jié)果來確定XT酒店的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。第四部分,主要從XT酒店的總體戰(zhàn)略方面、差異化戰(zhàn)略方面進(jìn)行闡述,包括戰(zhàn)略定位、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)等。同時(shí)提出保障戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的舉措,主要從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述,即在人力資源管理上調(diào)動(dòng)員工積極性,在提升營銷能力上強(qiáng)化現(xiàn)有客源并積極開發(fā)新客源,拓寬營銷的渠道,提升經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)管理,充分發(fā)揮財(cái)務(wù)控制作用,加強(qiáng)資金管理,提高資本運(yùn)營能力,并且強(qiáng)化成本控制。積極培育XT酒店優(yōu)良的企業(yè)文化氛圍,用規(guī)范的制度來保證XT酒店文化的連續(xù)性,以人為本從而讓其他酒店難以模仿,形成獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),最終促進(jìn)XT酒店不斷創(chuàng)新。第五部分,通過分析與判斷,確定XT酒店的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,同時(shí)我們必須思考怎樣隨著經(jīng)營環(huán)境的變化來適當(dāng)調(diào)整XT酒店發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,確保XT酒店持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:XT hotel is a Econo Hotel in Chifeng. It was founded in 2007 and has been developed for nearly ten years..XT hotel has been developing steadily in recent years, and because of its geographical position, it has a certain degree of monopoly advantage. However, the XT hotel itself has many limitations in its management and development. For example, the XT Hotel Management At the same time, the.XT hotel is facing more and more fierce competition pressure, because the number of hotels in Chifeng is growing longer. Therefore, the XT hotel wants to achieve sustainable development, so it is impossible for the hotel to achieve sustainable development. In accordance with the current inertia, it is necessary to redesign and design a set of development strategies for the future. This article is intended to provide strategic planning for the development of XT hotel through the research on the development strategy of XT hotel. This article has the following main contents. The first part mainly expounds the research background, research purpose and research side of this paper. The second part, the second part, analysis of the development process and present situation of the hotel, so as to have a comprehensive understanding of the status of the XT Hotel, in order to point out the urgency and necessity of the strategic research on the XT hotel. The third part, first, analyzed the internal and external environment of the XT hotel. Secondly, on the basis of the analysis, the combination of resources and advantages is fully utilized. To highlight the uniqueness of the XT Hotel, one important problem is that when the XT hotel faces the complicated and severe internal and external environmental challenges, the dynamic balance between the operating objectives and the internal and external environment is completed, and the results of the analysis are used to determine the development strategy of the XT hotel. The fourth part, mainly from the overall strategy of the XT Hotel, is poor. This paper expounds the strategy of alienation, including strategic orientation and strategic goal. At the same time, it puts forward the measures to guarantee the implementation of the strategy, mainly from four aspects, that is, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff in the human resource management, to enhance the marketing ability, to strengthen the existing passenger sources and to actively open the new passenger sources, to broaden the marketing channels and to improve the economic efficiency. At the same time, we should strengthen financial management, give full play to the role of financial control, strengthen the management of capital, improve the capital operation ability, and strengthen the cost control. We should actively cultivate the excellent cultural atmosphere of the XT Hotel, ensure the continuity of the XT hotel culture with the standard system, make the other hotels difficult to imitate, and form a unique advantage, and finally form a unique advantage. Promote the continuous innovation of XT hotel. The fifth part, through the analysis and judgment, determine the development strategy of XT Hotel, at the same time we must think about how to adjust the development strategy of XT Hotel properly with the change of the operating environment to ensure the sustainable development of the XT hotel.
