【摘要】：選擇屬于潛在集群和政策導(dǎo)向集群集合體的上海創(chuàng)意園區(qū)和屬于工作集群的倫敦藝術(shù)工作室作為比較對象,創(chuàng)意園區(qū)和藝術(shù)工作室分別是上海和倫敦創(chuàng)意集聚的主要表現(xiàn)形式,通過對兩個城市創(chuàng)意集群所有權(quán)、公共服務(wù)、融資方式和管理體系的比較,分析上海與倫敦城市創(chuàng)意集群在運(yùn)營模式上存在的差異,并對差異產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,最后結(jié)合本土文化和經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,提出上海創(chuàng)意集群發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Creative Park, which belongs to potential cluster and policy-oriented cluster, and London Art Studio, which belong to work cluster, are chosen as the comparative objects. Creative Park and Art Studio are the main forms of creative agglomeration in Shanghai and London, respectively. By comparing the ownership, public service, financing mode and management system of the two urban creative clusters, this paper analyzes the differences between Shanghai and London urban creative clusters, and analyzes the causes of the differences. Finally, combined with local culture and economic model, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of Shanghai creative cluster.
