【摘要】：本文利用中國服務(wù)業(yè)細(xì)分行業(yè)的面板數(shù)據(jù),以及全球最大的服務(wù)業(yè)跨國公司的截面數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析了服務(wù)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率對服務(wù)業(yè)對外直接投資的影響,檢驗(yàn)了異質(zhì)性企業(yè)貿(mào)易理論在服務(wù)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的適用性。結(jié)果顯示:服務(wù)業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率是服務(wù)企業(yè)對外直接投資的重要原因,異質(zhì)性企業(yè)貿(mào)易理論適用于對服務(wù)企業(yè)的研究,同時(shí)不同于制造業(yè)對外直接投資,服務(wù)企業(yè)對外直接投資行為并不存在"生產(chǎn)率悖論";服務(wù)業(yè)跨國公司存在與制造業(yè)跨國公司相同的特征,企業(yè)規(guī)模越大,跨國經(jīng)驗(yàn)越豐富,對外直接投資的規(guī)模也越大。并進(jìn)一步根據(jù)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果提出對中國服務(wù)企業(yè)OFDI的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of China's service sector and the cross-section data of the world's largest service multinational corporations, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the total factor productivity of the service industry on FDI in the service industry. The applicability of heterogeneous enterprise trade theory in service industry is tested. The results show that the total factor productivity (TFP) of service industry is an important reason for FDI of service enterprises. The heterogeneous enterprise trade theory is applicable to the research of service enterprises, and it is different from manufacturing FDI. There is no "productivity paradox" in service enterprises' outward direct investment behavior. Service multinational corporations have the same characteristics as manufacturing multinational corporations. The larger the enterprises are, the richer the transnational experience is, and the larger the scale of foreign direct investment is. Furthermore, according to the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward the reference significance of OFDI for Chinese service enterprises.
