【摘要】：烏海市位于自治區(qū)西南部,是依托資源優(yōu)勢而崛起的新興工業(yè)城市。進(jìn)入“十二五”以來,烏海市的目標(biāo)是要打造成為自治區(qū)西部區(qū)域中心城市,以工業(yè)為主導(dǎo)、大力發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)。工業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)相伴相生、密不可分。近年來,烏海市制定了一系列鼓勵和支持服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策,無論是在總量,還是在結(jié)構(gòu)上烏海市服務(wù)業(yè)都發(fā)生了較大的變化,呈現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢頭。服務(wù)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,不僅壯大了市域經(jīng)濟(jì)的總量,更為城市繁榮,增加財(cái)政收入,擴(kuò)大就業(yè)作出了貢獻(xiàn)。本文從公共管理的視角就烏海市服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展作一研究。
[Abstract]:Wuhai City is located in the southwest of the autonomous region, and is a rising industrial city relying on the advantages of resources. Since the "12th Five-Year Plan", the goal of Wuhai City is to become a central city in the western region of the autonomous region, with industry as the leading city and vigorously develop the service industry. Industry and services go hand in hand, inseparable. In recent years, Wuhai City has formulated a series of policies to encourage and support the development of the service industry. Both in the total amount and in the structure of the service industry in Wuhai City, great changes have taken place, showing a strong momentum of development. The rapid development of the service industry not only strengthens the total amount of the city economy, but also makes the contribution to the prosperity of the city, the increase of the revenue and the expansion of the employment. This paper makes a study on the development of service industry in Wuhai City from the perspective of public administration.
