【摘要】：近年來，隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進步，人類需求層次的日益提高，服務(wù)業(yè)一日千里地飛速發(fā)展，新服務(wù)業(yè)態(tài)不斷涌現(xiàn)。正是在這樣的背景下，高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)（HTS）這一概念誕生了。然而學(xué)術(shù)界、政府和民眾對這一概念的認識均還有待提高，因此及時有效的開展高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的研究具有相當(dāng)?shù)谋匾�。另一方面，制造業(yè)升級關(guān)乎國計民生，對制造業(yè)升級問題的研究日益成為我國實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整過程中的重大課題，國內(nèi)學(xué)者也在就我國制造業(yè)升級的問題從多種角度積極開展研究。本文將兩方面問題相結(jié)合，探討高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對制造業(yè)升級的作用。 本文首先梳理了和HTS有關(guān)的各方面研究，深入分析HTS的基本特征，認為其具有4個方面的性質(zhì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文對HTS給出了一個兼?zhèn)涓爬ㄐ院烷_放性的新定義。從此定義出發(fā)，，結(jié)合國民經(jīng)濟行業(yè)分類，筆者將HTS所包含的行業(yè)確定在I信息傳輸、L租賃和商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)、M科學(xué)研究和技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)、N水利環(huán)境和公共設(shè)施管理業(yè)門類下的6個大類和2個中類范圍內(nèi)，從而更加明晰HTS的概念與我國當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟發(fā)展實際行業(yè)類別之間的聯(lián)系。 接下來，本文在理論上分析了制造業(yè)升級的類型及其對應(yīng)表現(xiàn)，結(jié)合高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)的自身特性，從兩個層面分析了高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對制造業(yè)升級的作用。 下一步，本文對2004年到2011年間的HTS發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行了分析，將我國HTS的發(fā)展與國外發(fā)展的情況作以比較，并利用因子分析方法，通過評分方式對我國HTS發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行量化評價。另一方面，本文對我國制造業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行分析評價，認為我國制造業(yè)升級的需要較為緊迫，并從制造業(yè)升級的角度分析了當(dāng)前的三個問題。 之后，本文使用2004-2011年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，利用Granger因果檢驗、典型相關(guān)分析等方法，從高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展對制造業(yè)升級的總體作用、兩者內(nèi)部各指標(biāo)間的相關(guān)關(guān)系等角度出發(fā)，對高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對制造業(yè)升級作用進行了實證研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology, the level of human demand is increasing, the service industry is developing rapidly, and new service forms are emerging. It is against this background that the concept of high-tech services (HTS) was born. However, both the government and the public still need to improve their understanding of the concept, so it is necessary to carry out the research in the field of high-tech service industry in a timely and effective manner. On the other hand, the upgrading of manufacturing industry is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Domestic scholars are also actively studying the issue of manufacturing upgrading in China from a variety of angles. This paper discusses the effect of the development of high-tech service industry on the upgrading of manufacturing industry by combining the two aspects. In this paper, the basic characteristics of HTS are analyzed, and four properties of HTS are analyzed. On this basis, this paper gives a new definition of HTS with both generality and openness. Starting from this definition, combining with the classification of national economy industries, The author defines the industries contained in HTS within the scope of 6 categories and 2 middle categories under the category of I information transmission, leasing and business service industry, scientific research and technical service industry, water conservancy environment and public facilities management. Thus, the relationship between the concept of HTS and the actual industry category of China's current economic development is more clear. Then, this paper theoretically analyzes the types of manufacturing upgrading and its corresponding performance, combined with the characteristics of high-tech services, from two levels to analyze the development of high-tech services on the role of manufacturing upgrading. In the next step, this paper analyzes the development of HTS from 2004 to 2011, compares the development of HTS in China with that of foreign countries, and evaluates the present situation of HTS development in China by using factor analysis method. On the other hand, this paper analyzes and evaluates the present situation of Chinese manufacturing industry, and thinks that the need for upgrading manufacturing industry is more urgent, and analyzes the three current problems from the angle of manufacturing upgrading. Then, using the relevant data from 2004-2011, using Granger causality test, canonical correlation analysis and other methods, from the perspective of the overall effect of the development of high-tech service industry on the upgrading of manufacturing industry, the correlation between the two internal indicators and so on. This paper makes an empirical study on the effect of the development of high-tech service industry on the upgrading of manufacturing industry.
