【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,服務(wù)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。同時,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展使服務(wù)創(chuàng)新行為日益復(fù)雜化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,服務(wù)創(chuàng)新理論的焦點(diǎn)也逐步向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化轉(zhuǎn)移。本研究從企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論入手,引入動態(tài)環(huán)境、企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系、網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力、服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效等測量變量,研究企業(yè)如何通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)獲取資源并進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)化為網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力,最終探索中國企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效的提升機(jī)制。 研究主要理清五個問題:一是探討企業(yè)嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系的嵌入特征對企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響;二是探討企業(yè)嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系資源的異質(zhì)性對企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響;三是探討企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力對企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響;四是探討企業(yè)嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系與網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的交互作用對企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響;五是探討市場、技術(shù)和競爭等動態(tài)環(huán)境是否對上述關(guān)系產(chǎn)生影響,以及如何影響。 本研究所使用的數(shù)據(jù)來源于對212家企業(yè)的實(shí)地訪談和問卷調(diào)查,數(shù)據(jù)處理則采用SPSS16.0及AMOS16.0等統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件來完成。除社會調(diào)查方法和計(jì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法外,本研究還采用了比較研究和理論演繹等方法進(jìn)行規(guī)范研究。 研究得出了以下結(jié)論:第一,在服務(wù)創(chuàng)新過程中,企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系嵌入程度對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新具有正向的影響,不同的嵌入關(guān)系對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響程度在一定程度上存在差異性。本研究將企業(yè)嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系劃分為業(yè)務(wù)導(dǎo)向、交易導(dǎo)向和顧客導(dǎo)向三種類型,將服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的類型分為多單位組織、服務(wù)的新組合、顧客共創(chuàng)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新四種。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別檢驗(yàn)了不同類型企業(yè)嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響和特定服務(wù)創(chuàng)新類型的嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響。 第二,在服務(wù)創(chuàng)新過程中,企業(yè)嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系的資源異質(zhì)性對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新具有正向的影響,不同的嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系的資源異質(zhì)性對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響程度有顯著差異。企業(yè)嵌入關(guān)系資源異質(zhì)性越高,企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效各指標(biāo)因子得分均值越高,因此企業(yè)嵌入關(guān)系資源異質(zhì)性有助于提高企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新。對于不同的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新類型企業(yè)來講,企業(yè)嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系資源異質(zhì)性對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響同樣存在顯著差異。不管怎樣的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新類型企業(yè),網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系資源異質(zhì)性越高,服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效越好;反之,網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系資源異質(zhì)性越低,服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效越差。 第三,不同的企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新有顯著正向影響。企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力越強(qiáng),衡量企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效各指標(biāo)效果越好。而衡量企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的二階因子即企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系能力和網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識能力越強(qiáng),衡量企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效各指標(biāo)效果越好。同時,在控制變量方面,企業(yè)所有權(quán)、產(chǎn)業(yè)類別、年齡和規(guī)模各控制變量對衡量企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效各指標(biāo)都沒有顯著的影響。在考察企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效的影響時,還根據(jù)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系能力和網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識能力得分高低將樣本企業(yè)劃分成4組,比較不同組的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效差異。結(jié)果顯示,不同的企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力類別對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效具有顯著差異。企業(yè)關(guān)系能力和知識能力同時都低的話,那么服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效比較低;但是企業(yè)關(guān)系能力和知識能力都高或者一個低一個高,那么企業(yè)仍然表現(xiàn)出比較高的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效。顯然,企業(yè)的非對稱企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力對企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效的影響并不顯著。 第四,企業(yè)嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系和網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的交互作用對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新具有正向影響只得到部分支持。一方面嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系類型不能改變企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力類型對服務(wù)能力績效和內(nèi)部績效的影響,或者是企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力類型不能改變嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系類型對服務(wù)能力績效和內(nèi)部績效的影響。另一方面,嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系類型能夠改變企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力類型對最具代表性服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效和財(cái)務(wù)績效的影響,或者是企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力類型能夠改變嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系類型對最具代表性服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效和財(cái)務(wù)績效的影響。 第五,環(huán)境動態(tài)性對網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系嵌入程度與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新關(guān)系的影響,以及環(huán)境動態(tài)性對網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新關(guān)系的影響是顯著的,但是環(huán)境動態(tài)性對網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系嵌入與網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力交互作用與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新績效關(guān)系的影響不顯著。 研究的創(chuàng)新主要表現(xiàn)在三個方面:第一,豐富和發(fā)展了企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新和企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論研究。在借鑒企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新理論和企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論新發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,從企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論的視角考察企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新問題,對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新理論是有益的補(bǔ)充,對企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論的發(fā)展也具有一定的推動作用。 第二,構(gòu)建的動態(tài)環(huán)境下企業(yè)嵌入式網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系和網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新影響的理論邏輯框架具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新過程實(shí)際上是基于企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力發(fā)揮作用的過程,企業(yè)不斷從企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系中獲取網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,從而提升企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力,網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力重新組織各種資源促進(jìn)知識的挖掘、吸收、消化和創(chuàng)造,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)知識到企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的轉(zhuǎn)化,企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力的提升是通過企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力的中介作用實(shí)現(xiàn)的。 第三,完善和發(fā)展了部分研究量表。來源于國外學(xué)者相關(guān)研究的量表是否適用于中國的文化特征和特殊的研究背景是未知的。本研究在總結(jié)和歸納前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,完善和發(fā)展了部分研究量表,使相關(guān)概念更具有可操作性,更符合中國實(shí)踐的需要。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the service industry plays a more and more important role in the economic growth. At the same time, the economic globalization and the development of knowledge economy make the service innovation behavior increasingly complex and networked, and the focus of the theory of service innovation is gradually transferred to the network. This research begins with the theory of enterprise network, introduces the dynamic environment, and the enterprise Network structure, embedded network relationship, network ability, service innovation performance and other measurement variables, research how enterprises obtain resources through the network and further transform into network capability, and finally explore the improvement mechanism of service innovation performance of Chinese enterprises.
The study mainly clarifies five problems: one is to explore the influence of embedded network relationship embeddedness on enterprise service innovation; the two is to explore the influence of the heterogeneity of embedded network relationship resources on enterprise service innovation; the three is to explore the influence of enterprise network capability on enterprise service innovation; four is to explore enterprise embeddedness. The influence of the interaction of the network relationship and the network ability on the enterprise service innovation; five is to explore whether the dynamic environment such as market, technology and competition will affect the above relationship and how to influence it.
The data used in this study are from the field interview and questionnaire survey of 212 enterprises. The data processing is completed by SPSS16.0 and AMOS16.0. In addition to the methods of social investigation and econometric analysis, this study also uses comparative research and theoretical deduction to conduct normative research.
The following conclusions are drawn: firstly, in the process of service innovation, the degree of network relationship embeddedness has a positive impact on service innovation, and the impact of different embeddedness relationships on service innovation is different to a certain extent. To three types, the types of service innovation are divided into multi unit organization, new combination of services, customer creation, and four technical innovations. On this basis, the impact of embedded network relations on service innovation of different types of enterprises and the influence of embedded network relationship of specific service innovation types on service innovation are examined.
Second, in the process of service innovation, the resource heterogeneity of the enterprise embedded network relationship has a positive impact on service innovation. There is a significant difference in the influence degree of different embedded network relations on service innovation. The higher the heterogeneity of the enterprise embeddedness resources, the average score of the enterprise service innovation performance is the mean score. The higher it is, the heterogeneity of enterprise embedded relationship resources helps to improve enterprise service innovation. For different types of service innovation type enterprises, there is also significant difference in the influence of the heterogeneity of enterprise embedded network relationship resources on service innovation. Innovation performance is better; conversely, the lower the heterogeneity of network relationship resources, the poorer the performance of service innovation.
Third, different enterprise network capabilities have a significant positive impact on service innovation. The stronger the ability of the enterprise network, the better the effect of each index of enterprise service innovation performance. The better the two order factor of the enterprise network capability, namely, the enterprise network relationship ability and the network knowledge ability, the better the effect of each index of the enterprise service innovation performance. At the same time, in terms of control variables, the control variables of enterprise ownership, industry category, age and scale have no significant influence on evaluating the performance of enterprise service innovation performance. When examining the impact of enterprise network capability on service innovation performance, the sample enterprise is also based on the network relationship capability and the score of network knowledge ability. It is divided into 4 groups to compare the difference of service innovation performance between different groups. The results show that different types of enterprise network capabilities have significant differences in service innovation performance. The performance of business relationship and knowledge ability is low, and the performance of service innovation is low, but the enterprise relationship ability and knowledge ability are high or a lower one. As a result, enterprises still show higher service innovation performance. Obviously, the asymmetric enterprise network capability has no significant impact on the performance of enterprise service innovation.
Fourth, the interaction between the embedded network relationship and the ability of the network has positive impact on service innovation. On the one hand, the type of embedded network relationship can not change the influence of the type of network capability on the performance and the internal performance of the service, or the type of enterprise network ability can not change the embedded network. On the other hand, the type of embedded network relationship can change the influence of the type of network capability on the most representative service innovation performance and financial performance, or the type of network capability can change the most representative service innovation of the type of embedded network relationship. The impact of performance and financial performance.
Fifth, the impact of environmental dynamics on the relationship between network relationship Embeddedness and service innovation, and the impact of environmental dynamics on the relationship between network capability and service innovation is significant, but the impact of environmental dynamics on the relationship between network relationship Embeddedness and network capability interaction and service innovation performance is not significant.
The innovation of the research is mainly manifested in three aspects: first, it enriches and develops the enterprise service innovation and the research of the enterprise network theory. On the basis of the new development of enterprise service innovation theory and the enterprise network theory, it is useful supplement to the service innovation theory from the perspective of enterprise network theory, which is beneficial supplement to the theory of service innovation. The development of industry network theory also has a certain role in promoting.
Second, the theoretical logic framework of the impact of embedded network relationship and network capability on service innovation in the dynamic environment of the enterprise is innovative. The process of enterprise service innovation is actually based on the role of enterprise network ability, and the enterprise constantly obtains network resources from the enterprise network relationship, thus promoting the enterprise network. Network ability and network ability reorganize various resources to promote knowledge mining, absorption, digestion and creation, and finally realize the transformation of knowledge to enterprise service innovation, and the promotion of enterprise service innovation ability is realized through the intermediary role of enterprise network capability.
Third, some research scales have been perfected and developed. It is unknown whether the scale of the scale derived from foreign scholars related to China's cultural characteristics and special research background is unknown. On the basis of summing up and summarizing previous studies, this study has perfected and developed some research scales to make the related concepts more operable and more consistent with the study.
