基于服務(wù)效率的自助服務(wù)設(shè)施選址模型與算法

【摘要】:研究了服務(wù)行業(yè)中基于服務(wù)效率的自助服務(wù)設(shè)施選址及選址點(diǎn)服務(wù)臺(tái)數(shù)量分配的問題。通過(guò)確定選址數(shù)量,將排隊(duì)理論與選址理論結(jié)合,以減少顧客訪問的旅行成本和排隊(duì)擁塞成本來(lái)提高設(shè)施的服務(wù)效率,對(duì)選址點(diǎn)的服務(wù)臺(tái)進(jìn)行合理分配,建立了非線性整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型。運(yùn)用下降算法和遺傳算法對(duì)設(shè)施選址與服務(wù)臺(tái)分配進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并通過(guò)大量隨機(jī)算例驗(yàn)證了算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the location of self-service facilities and the allocation of the number of service desks based on service efficiency in the service industry. By determining the number of locations and combining the queuing theory with the location theory, the service efficiency of the facilities can be improved by reducing the travel cost and congestion cost of customer access, and the help desk of the location point can be allocated reasonably. A nonlinear integer programming model is established. The design of facility location and service desk allocation is carried out by using descent algorithm and genetic algorithm, and the validity of the algorithm is verified by a large number of random examples.
