【摘要】：集成化供應(yīng)管理作為一種供應(yīng)鏈管理模式,是指通過信息和現(xiàn)代管理技術(shù),將企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中各要素有機(jī)地集成并優(yōu)化運(yùn)行�；诩苫⿷�(yīng)平臺(tái)的庫存管理,有別于常規(guī)的供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理模式,能更好地體現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈整合集成的理念,更大程度地提升管理效率。D公司是為制造型企業(yè)提供專業(yè)管理外包服務(wù)的企業(yè),針對(duì)MRO(Maintenance、 Repair and Operations)物料采取基于集成化供應(yīng)的庫存管理模式,體現(xiàn)了較高的管理價(jià)值。 本文在對(duì)庫存管理及集成化供應(yīng)管理概念進(jìn)行闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合MRO物料的管理需求和特性,對(duì)D公司集成化供應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)上的庫存管理,進(jìn)行案例分析和研究。首先,在理論層面對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈基礎(chǔ)上的庫存管理及常見的庫存管理模式作簡(jiǎn)要介紹,并對(duì)MRO物料特性、集成化供應(yīng)管理的應(yīng)用及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行必要的闡述。其次,通過對(duì)D公司的集成化運(yùn)營模式及庫存管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,從控制目標(biāo)、管理功能的實(shí)施等方面,揭示MRO實(shí)施集成化庫存管理的必要性。然后,對(duì)該管理模式在實(shí)踐中存在的不足加以剖析,提出成本與響應(yīng)平衡等重點(diǎn)問題。最后,從資源共享、系統(tǒng)功能完善等方面,提出物料重要性分級(jí)、庫存資源跨項(xiàng)目共享、信息交互功能優(yōu)化等細(xì)化的改進(jìn)措施,整體提升MRO集成化庫存管理模式的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:As a supply chain management mode, integrated supply management refers to the organic integration and optimization of various elements in the process of production and operation through information and modern management technology. The inventory management based on the integrated supply platform is different from the conventional supply chain inventory management mode and can better reflect the concept of supply chain integration and integration. To a greater extent, the management efficiency of .D company is to provide professional management outsourcing services for manufacturing enterprises. The inventory management mode based on integrated supply is adopted for Repair and operations, which reflects the higher management value. Based on the introduction of the concepts of inventory management and integrated supply management, combined with the requirements and characteristics of MRO material management, this paper makes a case study on inventory management on the basis of integrated supply in D Company. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the inventory management and common inventory management models based on the supply chain, and expounds the characteristics of MRO materials, the application and development trend of integrated supply management. Secondly, through the analysis of the integrated operation mode and inventory management status of D Company, the necessity of implementing integrated inventory management in MRO is revealed from the aspects of control objectives and management functions. Then, the shortcomings of the management model in practice are analyzed, and the key issues such as balance of cost and response are put forward. Finally, from the aspects of resource sharing and system function perfection, the paper puts forward some detailed improvement measures, such as material importance classification, cross-project sharing of inventory resources, optimization of information interaction function, and so on, so as to enhance the competitiveness of MRO integrated inventory management mode.
