【摘要】：在推動(dòng)我國(guó)工業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,土地與水、電、氣能源等要素價(jià)格存在著明顯的差異,已經(jīng)成為制約服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要政策因素。本文以水、電、氣、土地四類要素的價(jià)格在服務(wù)業(yè)與工業(yè)之間的差異為研究對(duì)象,分析造成要素價(jià)格差異的原因,指出消除服務(wù)業(yè)與工業(yè)要素價(jià)格差異的必要性,并提出了相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策建議:要像重視工業(yè)一樣重視服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展;逐步清除服務(wù)業(yè)與工業(yè)要素價(jià)格差異;加快要素價(jià)格的市場(chǎng)化改革。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting the development of China's industry and service industry, the price of land, water, electricity, gas and other factors are obviously different, which has become an important policy factor restricting the development of service industry. In this paper, the difference of price of water, electricity, gas and land between service industry and industry is studied, the reason of factor price difference is analyzed, and the necessity of eliminating the price difference between service industry and industry is pointed out. The paper also puts forward the corresponding industrial policy suggestions: pay attention to the development of service industry as much as industry; gradually eliminate the price difference between service industry and industrial elements; and accelerate the marketization reform of factor price.
