【摘要】：正認(rèn)識(shí)、適應(yīng)和引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài),是做好我國(guó)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)工作的基本要求。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)有三個(gè)顯著特征:增速換擋,從高速增長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)為中高速增長(zhǎng);結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)消費(fèi)需求逐步成為主體;動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換,從要素驅(qū)動(dòng)、投資驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)。由此可以看出,把握服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與規(guī)律是認(rèn)識(shí)、適應(yīng)和引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的題中之意。如今,服務(wù)業(yè)已占我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的"半壁江山",是穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)、促發(fā)展、優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)和增就業(yè)的關(guān)鍵力量。研究新常態(tài)下服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的新問題、新矛盾、新思路和新策略,具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。最近,國(guó)家
[Abstract]:Understanding, adapting and leading the new normal economy is the basic requirement of our country's current economic and social work. There are three significant characteristics of the new normal economy of China: the growth shift, from high speed to medium high speed growth; structural optimization, the consumption demand of the third industry gradually become the main body; kinetic energy conversion, from factor driven, investment driven to innovation Driving. Thus, it can be seen that grasping the development trend and law of the service industry is the meaning of understanding, adapting and leading the new normal economy. Nowadays, the service industry has already accounted for the "half of the country" of our national economy. It is the key force of steady growth, development, excellent structure and increasing employment. The road and new strategy has important theoretical and practical significance.
