【摘要】：服務業(yè)模塊化組織的有效運行以各個模塊企業(yè)之間協(xié)同運作為基礎，每個模塊企業(yè)的獨立性與模塊企業(yè)之間的耦合關系是服務業(yè)模塊化組織協(xié)調(diào)的基礎。由于服務產(chǎn)品的無形性導致服務業(yè)無法擁有實體企業(yè)統(tǒng)一的模塊化模型，以致服務業(yè)模塊化組織構(gòu)建的復雜性，如何界定服務業(yè)模塊化組織中的模塊企業(yè)的邊界、聯(lián)系規(guī)則等涉及到服務業(yè)模塊化設計的問題，因此，深入分析研究服務業(yè)模塊化組織設計，，是服務業(yè)模塊化組織有效運行的前提。 本文首先對服務業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的演變進行了闡述，分析了服務業(yè)模塊化組織的形成。進而對服務業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的演變理論基礎也是服務業(yè)模塊化組織設計的理論基礎—價值鏈進行了分析，從價值鏈的角度得出服務業(yè)模塊化組織形成以及設計的關鍵理論。在價值鏈理論基礎上分析了服務業(yè)模塊化組織的設計規(guī)則，模塊之間具有獨立性與耦合性，從顯性規(guī)則、隱性規(guī)則、半顯性半隱性規(guī)則說明了服務業(yè)模塊化組織運行中模塊之間呈現(xiàn)的規(guī)則，從而對服務業(yè)模塊化組織的設計提供了一定的依據(jù)。再對服務業(yè)模塊化組織設計的理論基礎和模式規(guī)則分析之后，又從架構(gòu)、界面、規(guī)則三個方面對服務業(yè)模塊化組織設計進行了分析，得出了服務業(yè)模塊化組織中模塊內(nèi)部、模塊之間、整個模塊化系統(tǒng)的運行關系。最后以旅游業(yè)為例分析了服務業(yè)模塊化組織設計規(guī)則的具體應用，只有在服務業(yè)模塊化組織中設計好架構(gòu)、界面、規(guī)則，才能保證好服務業(yè)模塊化組織的高效運行，從而確保服務業(yè)模塊化組織的長期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The effective operation of service modularized organization is based on the cooperative operation of each modular enterprise. The independence of each modular enterprise and the coupling relationship between the modular enterprise are the foundation of the service modular organization coordination.Because of the intangibility of service products, the service industry can not own the unified modularization model of entity enterprises, which leads to the complexity of the construction of service modular organizations. How to define the boundary of modular enterprises in service modularization organizations?The connection rules are related to the modular design of service industry. Therefore, it is the premise of the effective operation of service modular organization to deeply analyze and study the modular organization design of service industry.Firstly, this paper expounds the evolution of service industry organization and analyzes the formation of service industry modular organization.The evolution theory of service industry organization is also the theoretical basis of service industry modular organization design-value chain analysis, from the value chain point of view of the service industry modular organization formation and design of the key theory.On the basis of value chain theory, this paper analyzes the design rules of modular organization in service industry. There is independence and coupling between modules.The semi-dominant and semi-recessive rules explain the rules that appear between modules in the operation of service modular organizations, thus providing a certain basis for the design of service modular organizations.After analyzing the theoretical basis and model rules of service modular organization design, the paper analyzes the service modular organization design from three aspects: structure, interface and rules, and concludes the module interior in the service modular organization.Between modules, the operation of the whole modular system.Finally, taking the tourism industry as an example, the paper analyzes the specific application of the modular organization design rules in the service industry. Only in the service industry modular organization, the structure, interface and rules can be designed well to ensure the efficient operation of the service modular organization.Thus ensure the long-term steady development of service modularization organization.
