【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)技術(shù)全球化創(chuàng)新的涌現(xiàn),企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展離不開(kāi)高效率和高素質(zhì)的員工——知識(shí)型員工。因此,如何對(duì)知識(shí)型員工進(jìn)行有效激勵(lì),已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源管理的核心。酒店業(yè)作為知識(shí)和勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),知識(shí)型員工在酒店企業(yè)管理和發(fā)展中無(wú)疑占據(jù)著核心地位。因此,如何對(duì)知識(shí)型員工進(jìn)行有效的激勵(lì),充分調(diào)動(dòng)他們的主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性,是關(guān)系到酒店能否順利發(fā)展的重要因素之一。 本文綜合分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的理論研究成果,以提高星級(jí)酒店企業(yè)的知識(shí)型員工人力資源管理效率為宗旨,試圖通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)高星級(jí)酒店企業(yè)對(duì)知識(shí)型員工的管理方面出現(xiàn)的存在的問(wèn)題,繼而通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式對(duì)蘇州某高星級(jí)酒店知識(shí)型員工的需求因素做調(diào)研,以滿(mǎn)足星級(jí)酒店企業(yè)知識(shí)型員工的需求為中心提出對(duì)星級(jí)酒店知識(shí)型員工的激勵(lì)措施,為解決星級(jí)酒店在知識(shí)型員工管理中存在的問(wèn)題提供對(duì)策思路。 本文首先闡述了論文的研究背景和研究意義,以及研究方法。同時(shí)總結(jié)了現(xiàn)代酒店企業(yè)相關(guān)的概念,定義了高星級(jí)酒店。同時(shí),引出了知識(shí)型員工的概念,對(duì)知識(shí)型員工的自身特點(diǎn)和工作特征分別進(jìn)行了闡述,也回顧了關(guān)于知識(shí)型員工激勵(lì)方面的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)。其次,對(duì)酒店知識(shí)型員工激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,在訪(fǎng)談以及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)M酒店的知識(shí)型員工需求因素進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,并在分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)M酒店知識(shí)型員工激勵(lì)模式以及措施提出改進(jìn)的意見(jiàn)。最后,對(duì)本文的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并且指出了本研究的不足和未來(lái)的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of knowledge and technology globalization innovation, the survival and development of enterprises can not be separated from high efficiency and high quality employees-knowledge workers.Therefore, how to effectively motivate knowledge workers has become the core of modern enterprise human resource management.Hotel industry as a knowledge and labor-intensive industry, knowledge-based staff in the management and development of hotel enterprises undoubtedly occupies a core position.Therefore, how to effectively motivate knowledge workers and fully mobilize their initiative and creativity is one of the important factors related to the smooth development of hotel.This paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad, aiming at improving the efficiency of human resource management of knowledge workers in star-rated hotel enterprises.This paper attempts to find out the existing problems in the management of knowledge workers in high star hotel enterprises, and then through questionnaire to investigate the demand factors of knowledge workers in a high star hotel in Suzhou.In order to meet the needs of knowledge workers in star-rated hotel enterprises, this paper puts forward the incentive measures for the knowledge workers in star-rated hotels, and provides some countermeasures for solving the problems existing in the management of knowledge workers in star-rated hotels.This paper first describes the research background and significance of the paper, as well as research methods.At the same time summarized the modern hotel enterprise related concept, defined the high-star hotel.At the same time, the concept of knowledge worker is introduced, the characteristics and working characteristics of knowledge worker are expounded, and the related theoretical knowledge about motivation of knowledge worker is also reviewed.Secondly, on the basis of the interview and questionnaire survey, the author analyzes the demand factors of knowledge workers in M hotel, and analyzes the demand factors of knowledge workers on the basis of the analysis.To M hotel knowledge staff incentive mode and measures to put forward suggestions for improvement.Finally, this paper summarizes the research, and points out the shortcomings of this study and the future research direction.
