【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展與進步,項目團隊的建設(shè)成為了項目管理理論中的一個核心問題,目前各種項目團隊建設(shè)理論在實際中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,指導(dǎo)著實踐工作同時也在實踐中不斷的修訂,以符合更為普遍的適用范圍。如今,工程項目多元化,項目內(nèi)容復(fù)雜化,為了適應(yīng)新的形勢和挑戰(zhàn),需要在管理體制和方法上做出相應(yīng)的變革。 本文以山東商業(yè)集團所屬青島海景(國際)大酒店發(fā)展有限公司與凱悅國際酒店管理(北京)有限責(zé)任公司共同承擔(dān)的青島銀座凱悅大酒店項目為背景,結(jié)合運用項目管理理論、現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)理論、人力資源管理理論等,深刻的討論了項目管理和項目團隊建設(shè)中的若干問題。 首先對該項目的背景和團隊組成進行了一般性的概述,借此介紹了該項目團隊建設(shè)存在的問題,即人員管理和構(gòu)成上的不足。其次,通過具體闡述項目團隊的建設(shè)目標(biāo)、建設(shè)原則和建設(shè)過程,詳細(xì)的分析了該項目團隊建設(shè)的整個流程,并針對青島銀座凱悅大酒店在項目團隊建設(shè)的內(nèi)容,論述了項目經(jīng)理的工作內(nèi)容、績效管理、激勵管理和矛盾管理的這四個方面的具體執(zhí)行方式和所需注意的問題。最終得到了以下結(jié)論： 1、不同的項目需要采取不同的項目團隊建設(shè)手段,以達(dá)到最優(yōu)效果; 2、青島銀座凱悅大酒店項目團隊建設(shè)中所面臨的問題,在實際中具有普遍性,有效的解決對策包括：選聘優(yōu)秀團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、完善的人力管理、樹立高尚團隊理念、建立完善溝通機制、融入企業(yè)文化建設(shè)； 3、通過科學(xué)的項目團隊建設(shè),可以增強項目團隊的凝聚力,進而保證項目目標(biāo)順利實現(xiàn),從而在最大程度上保證企業(yè)的現(xiàn)有和長遠(yuǎn)的利益實現(xiàn)； 4、項目團隊的管理需要從理論出發(fā),聯(lián)系實踐,再上升到理論,用理論去分析、解決實際問題,然后再指導(dǎo)實踐。 以上結(jié)論不僅適用于青島銀座凱悅大酒店項目,也適用于其他酒店建設(shè)管理類項目,具有普遍性,為今后企業(yè)的發(fā)展和同類項目的建設(shè)都起到了一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of society, the construction of project team has become a core problem in project management theory. The practice is also guided by constant revision in practice to meet the more general scope of application. Nowadays, engineering projects are diversified and complex, in order to adapt to the new situation and challenges. We need to make corresponding changes in the management system and methods. This paper takes Qingdao Seaview (International) Hotel Development Co., Ltd and Hyatt International Hotel Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. as the background of Qingdao Ginza Hyatt Hotel Project. Combined with project management theory, modern management theory and human resource management theory, this paper deeply discusses some problems in project management and project team building. First of all, the background and team composition of the project are summarized in a general way, and then the problems existing in the construction of the project team are introduced, that is, the deficiencies in the management and composition of the project. Secondly, the construction objectives of the project team are expounded in detail. The construction principle and construction process, the detailed analysis of the project team construction process, and in view of the Qingdao Ginza Hyatt Hotel in the project team building content, the project manager's work content, performance management, Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the specific ways of implementation and the problems to be paid attention to in the four aspects of incentive management and conflict management. 1. Different projects need to adopt different project team building methods to achieve optimal results; 2. The problems faced in the project team construction of Qingdao Ginza Hyatt Hotel are universal in practice. The effective solutions include the selection of excellent team leaders, perfect human resources management, and the establishment of noble team concept. Establishing and perfecting communication mechanism and integrating into the construction of enterprise culture; 3, through the scientific project team construction, can enhance the project team's cohesion, then guarantees the project goal to realize smoothly, thus guarantees the enterprise present and the long-term benefit realization to the greatest extent; 4. The management of project team should proceed from theory, connect practice, rise to theory, analyze with theory, solve practical problems, and then guide practice. The above conclusion is not only applicable to Qingdao Ginza Hyatt Hotel project, but also applicable to other hotel construction management projects. It is universal and plays a guiding role for the future development of enterprises and the construction of similar projects.
