【摘要】:20世紀(jì)末,英國(guó)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一,也促使全球各國(guó)將發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)投向文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè);進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵與外延不斷豐富,并且正以前所未有的速度和規(guī)模在全球各個(gè)國(guó)家與地區(qū)不斷壯大,日益成為促進(jìn)社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)力。 雖然文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球范圍內(nèi)得到持續(xù)的關(guān)注與良好的發(fā)展,但是目前各國(guó)與地區(qū)對(duì)其概念仍存在不同的界定,同時(shí)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)的理論研究較為滯后,尤其缺乏文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際貿(mào)易的理論研究,因此,本文以文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念辨析作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),在對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)相關(guān)出口貿(mào)易與國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的適用性進(jìn)行分析,為上海文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)出口貿(mào)易發(fā)展提供理論支持。 在此理論支持的基礎(chǔ)上,本文將研究視角轉(zhuǎn)換至上海文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)出口貿(mào)易的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)踐。上海近年來提出的“四個(gè)中心”和“四個(gè)率先”總體目標(biāo)、“三二一”產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)型等背景為文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了良好的宏觀政治、經(jīng)貿(mào)環(huán)境,豐富的文化創(chuàng)意資源也為其持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了內(nèi)源支持;同時(shí)在國(guó)家“文化走出去”戰(zhàn)略、上海建設(shè)“國(guó)際文化大都市”的導(dǎo)向下,上海文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)出口貿(mào)易持續(xù)發(fā)展并且實(shí)現(xiàn)連年順差。本文就在此背景下,對(duì)其出口貿(mào)易基本狀況、存在問題、有利因素進(jìn)行較為全面的分析;同時(shí),通過對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)出口貿(mào)易經(jīng)驗(yàn)的歸納分析,為上海文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)出口貿(mào)易提供實(shí)踐啟示。 綜合上海文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)出口貿(mào)易的適用理論、現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)展、國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)三部分的分析,本文得出提升上海文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)出口貿(mào)易綜合實(shí)力并促進(jìn)其國(guó)際化的對(duì)策與建議:上海文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)“走出去”既要依托政府在法律、政策等方面的扶持,又要以市場(chǎng)機(jī)制為導(dǎo)向建立相應(yīng)的人才培養(yǎng)模式、服務(wù)支持平臺(tái),還需要培育重點(diǎn)行業(yè)、領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)、知名品牌,在國(guó)際交流與合作中拓展上海文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)海外市場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:At the end of 20th century, the British creative industry developed rapidly, realizing the organic unification of economic and social benefits, and also prompting all countries all over the world to focus on cultural and creative industries. In 21th century, The connotation and extension of cultural and creative industries are constantly rich, and are growing at an unprecedented speed and scale in various countries and regions of the world, increasingly becoming the driving force to promote the harmonious development of society and economy. Although the cultural and creative industries have received sustained attention and good development in the global scope, there are still different definitions of their concepts in different countries and regions, and the theoretical research on cultural and creative industries is lagging behind. In particular, there is a lack of theoretical research on international trade of cultural and creative industries. Therefore, this paper takes the concept of cultural and creative industries as the starting point and combs the relevant literature. The applicability of related export trade and internationalization strategy is analyzed to provide theoretical support for the development of Shanghai cultural and creative industry export trade. Based on this theory, This paper transforms the research perspective to the economic practice of the export trade of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries. The overall objectives of "four centers" and "four pioneers" put forward by Shanghai in recent years, and the background of "321" industrial structure adjustment and transformation, etc. For the development of cultural and creative industries to provide a good macro politics, The economic and trade environment, rich cultural and creative resources also provide endogenous support for its sustainable development. At the same time, under the guidance of the national strategy of "going out of culture" and the construction of Shanghai as an "international cultural metropolis," The export trade of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries continues to develop and realize the surplus for years. Under this background, this paper makes a more comprehensive analysis of the basic situation, problems and favorable factors of its export trade; at the same time, Through the induction and analysis of the export trade experience of cultural and creative industries in developed countries, this paper provides practical enlightenment for Shanghai's cultural and creative industries export trade. An analysis of the applicable theory, practical development, and international experience of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries, This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the comprehensive strength of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries' export trade and to promote its internationalization: the "going out" of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries should rely on the support of the government in the fields of law and policy, etc. It is also necessary to establish the corresponding talent training model, service support platform and key industries, leading enterprises and famous brands in order to expand the overseas market of Shanghai's cultural and creative industries in the process of international exchange and cooperation.
