【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展及產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的不斷調整，在經(jīng)濟發(fā)達國家中服務業(yè)逐步占主導地位并成為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的引擎，特別是知識密集型服務業(yè)作為服務業(yè)的重要分支，更是得到了迅速的發(fā)展。知識密集型服務業(yè)（簡稱KIBS，即knowledge-intensivebusiness service），以其具有高知識，高專業(yè)，高科技的特點，在促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的作用日益突出。KIBS是一種基于專業(yè)知識和新興技術產(chǎn)業(yè)的行業(yè)，主要是提供了一個高智力附加值的知識密集型產(chǎn)品或服務。它是依賴于知識的行業(yè)，其服務內容就是為所需服務的團體組織、企業(yè)，甚至個人進行援助服務。在這個援助過程當中，事先要對知識進行搜集、整理，然后付諸實施和推廣，以此來實現(xiàn)知識的增值。 在本文中，把KIBS創(chuàng)新能力作為研究對象，針對在國內和國外現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎上對KIBS的涵義、類型及特性進行歸納整理，，同時還對知識密集服務業(yè)創(chuàng)新的內容、業(yè)務流程和創(chuàng)新機制進行全面的闡述。建立了KIBS創(chuàng)新能力評價指標體系，并以我國東部沿海8個省市為樣本，以統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)，利用因子分析方法對8個樣本省市的KIBS創(chuàng)新能力進行差異比較的基礎上，對其創(chuàng)新能力作出綜合評價。并仔細分析了知識密集型服務業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力評價排名和發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ偨Y出各省影響KIBS創(chuàng)新的具體因素，根據(jù)每個地區(qū)存在的差異查找原因。最后，在利用實證分析法的基礎上，提出以現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)為支撐大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)，加大創(chuàng)新資源投入優(yōu)化知識密集型服務業(yè)創(chuàng)新環(huán)境等諸多方面的切實可行的措施來提高KIBS的創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy and the continuous adjustment of the industrial structure, the service industry gradually occupies the leading position and becomes the engine of economic development in the developed countries, especially the knowledge-intensive service industry as an important branch of the service industry. Knowledge intensive service industry (KIBS), or knowledge-intensivebusiness service industry, is characterized by its high knowledge, high specialty and high technology. Increasingly prominent in promoting economic development. KIBS is an industry based on professional knowledge and emerging technology industries, primarily providing a knowledge-intensive product or service with high intellectual added value. It is a knowledge-based industry, The content of its service is to provide assistance services to the organizations, enterprises and even individuals who need it. In the process of this assistance, it is necessary to collect, organize, implement and popularize the knowledge in advance, so as to realize the increment of knowledge. In this paper, the innovation ability of KIBS is taken as the research object, based on the existing research results at home and abroad, the meaning, types and characteristics of KIBS are summarized and sorted out. At the same time, the contents of innovation in knowledge-intensive service industry are also discussed. The evaluation index system of KIBS innovation ability is established, which is based on the statistical data and 8 provinces and cities along the east coast of China. On the basis of comparing the innovation ability of KIBS in eight sample provinces and cities by factor analysis method, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the innovation ability of eight provinces and cities, and carefully analyzes the ranking and development potential of innovation ability evaluation of knowledge-intensive service industry. This paper summarizes the specific factors that affect the innovation of KIBS in various provinces, and finds out the reasons according to the differences in each region. Finally, based on the empirical analysis, the author puts forward that the modern service industry should be vigorously developed under the support of modern manufacturing industry. Increasing the input of innovation resources to optimize the innovation environment of knowledge-intensive service industry and other practical measures to improve the innovation ability of KIBS.
