【摘要】：當(dāng)前煤炭企業(yè)紛紛實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,以適應(yīng)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的要求。內(nèi)蒙古千昌投資管理有限責(zé)任公司需要為集團(tuán)拓展新的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行探索和突破,在這個(gè)前提下,公司開始多元化投資,向未涉足過的酒店、餐飲、零售等行業(yè)拓展業(yè)務(wù)。"萬錦帕勞酒店"項(xiàng)目就是在這一大背景下,進(jìn)行的一次戰(zhàn)略性投資。戰(zhàn)略性投資是公司戰(zhàn)略管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分,應(yīng)該與公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)相匹配,并為實(shí)現(xiàn)公司整體戰(zhàn)略管理目標(biāo)提供保障和支持�？茖W(xué)的戰(zhàn)略性投資可以幫助公司有序的籌集和安排各種資源,有效的使用和利用相關(guān)資源,降低投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。論文基于戰(zhàn)略管理理論、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論、制度理論和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論為邏輯起點(diǎn),以具體的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施為切入點(diǎn),在系統(tǒng)、深入分析項(xiàng)目投資涉及的影響因素進(jìn)行分析研究。論文共六章:第一部分,介紹研究背景;第二部分,進(jìn)行概念界定梳理戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論;第三部分,通過PEST分析"萬錦帕勞酒店項(xiàng)目"外部宏觀環(huán)境,通過五力模型分析"萬錦帕勞酒店項(xiàng)目"競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目評(píng)估;通過SWOT分析內(nèi)蒙古千昌投資管理有限責(zé)任公司內(nèi)部資源和外部環(huán)境。第四部分,通過財(cái)務(wù)分析進(jìn)一步說明投資的可行性;第五部分,通過分析"萬錦帕勞酒店"經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略和項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn),進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施分析;第六部分,總結(jié)和展望。本文是對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)跨行業(yè)跨國(guó)戰(zhàn)略性投資的一次實(shí)地研究,也是對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理方法的實(shí)踐運(yùn)用,在為公司解決戰(zhàn)略性投資難題的同時(shí),也希望借助本文的分析思路和做法,為其他企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略制定與調(diào)整工作提供參考,提高抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力等。
[Abstract]:At present, coal enterprises are carrying out strategic transformation one after another to meet the requirements of the national economic transformation and development. Under this premise, the Inner Mongolia Qianchang Investment Management Co., Ltd. needs to explore and break through new business areas for the Group. The company began to diversify its investment into unexplored hotels, restaurants, retailing and other industries. This is the background of the "Wanjin Palau Hotel" project. Strategic investment is an important part of a company's strategic management and should be matched with the company's strategic objectives. Scientific strategic investment can help the company to raise and arrange all kinds of resources in an orderly manner, use and utilize related resources effectively, and reduce investment risk. The paper is based on strategic management theory, risk management theory, system theory and economics theory as the logical starting point, with the specific project implementation as the starting point, in the system, The thesis consists of six chapters: the first part introduces the research background; the second part, the concept definition and combing the related theories of strategic management; the third part, The external macro environment of "Wanjin Palau Hotel Project" is analyzed by PEST, and the competitive environment of "Wanjin Palau Hotel Project" is analyzed by five-force model to evaluate the project. Through SWOT analysis of Inner Mongolia Qianchang Investment Management Co., Ltd. Internal resources and external environment. 4th part, through financial analysis to further explain the feasibility of investment; 5th part, By analyzing the management strategy and project risk of "Wanjin Palau Hotel", the paper analyzes the strategic implementation; part 6th, summarizes and prospects. This paper is a field study of cross-industry transnational strategic investment of domestic enterprises. It is also the practical application of enterprise strategy management method. While solving the strategic investment problem for the company, it also hopes to provide reference for other enterprises to formulate and adjust their strategy with the help of the analysis ideas and practices of this paper. Improve the ability to resist risks, etc.
