【摘要】：隨著經濟全球化的加速發(fā)展,服務外包已經成為當今世界許多國家和地區(qū)發(fā)展經濟的戰(zhàn)略選擇。服務外包中有一個很重要的組成部分即軟件外包,目前全球軟件行業(yè)產值的1/3需通過對外發(fā)包的形式來完成。面對全球軟件外包業(yè)快速增長的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,如何抓住機遇,采取有效措施,促進大連市進一步發(fā)展軟件外包業(yè)的優(yōu)勢,成為目前面臨的一個重要而緊迫的課題。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, service outsourcing has become a strategic choice for many countries and regions in the world to develop their economy. At present, 1/3 of the output value of the global software industry needs to be completed through the form of outsourcing. In the face of the rapid growth of the global software outsourcing industry, how to seize the opportunity and take effective measures, It is an important and urgent task to promote the development of software outsourcing industry in Dalian.
