【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),與國(guó)計(jì)民生、社會(huì)事業(yè)、人民生活密切相關(guān)。房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)是房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的基礎(chǔ)性工作,它為房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)提供了更為精確的數(shù)據(jù)分析和相關(guān)資料,為房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行宏觀調(diào)控、制定相關(guān)制度、實(shí)施現(xiàn)代化管理提供了有效的參考依據(jù)。但由于多種因素的制約和影響,當(dāng)前我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)質(zhì)量還有待進(jìn)一步提高。因此深入分析房地產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)工作中存在的問題,并有針對(duì)性地提出應(yīng)對(duì)之策,對(duì)提高房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作正常開展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:As an important industry in the field of economic development in China, the real estate industry is closely related to the national economy and people's livelihood, social undertakings and people's life. Real estate enterprise statistics is the basic work of real estate enterprise management. It provides more accurate data analysis and related data for real estate enterprises, and provides an effective reference for real estate enterprises to carry out macro-control, formulate relevant systems and implement modern management. However, due to the restriction and influence of many factors, the quality of real estate statistics in China still needs to be further improved. Therefore, it is of great significance to deeply analyze the problems existing in the work of real estate statistical data and put forward countermeasures to improve the quality of statistical data of real estate enterprises and promote the normal development of real estate statistical work.
