【摘要】：在房地產(chǎn)眾籌項(xiàng)目推出的背景下,本文結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)建模的知識(shí)對(duì)眾籌項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析研究。通過(guò)考慮諸多因素并結(jié)合國(guó)家相關(guān)條例與政策,對(duì)眾籌項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全面核算,包括:容積率、總收入、開(kāi)發(fā)成本、開(kāi)發(fā)費(fèi)用、成本投入、增值稅、預(yù)期收益等。幫助眾籌項(xiàng)目公布信息。
[Abstract]:Under the background of real estate crowdfunding project, this paper analyzes the crowdfunding project with the knowledge of mathematical modeling. By considering many factors and combining the relevant national regulations and policies, this paper makes a comprehensive accounting of crowdfunding projects, including: volume ratio, total revenue, development cost, cost input, value-added tax, expected income, etc. Help crowdfunding project release information.
