【摘要】:本文以A房地產(chǎn)公司為研究對象,以它開發(fā)、實施的材料供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)為研究主體,參照供應鏈管理、企業(yè)信息化等理論,并參考國內(nèi)外在這些方面的研究成果和應用案例,通過系統(tǒng)的調(diào)研、分析A公司材料供應鏈管理業(yè)務中的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,利用定性和定量分析、理論和實踐相結(jié)合的研究方法,從企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢兩方面進行了分析,提出了A公司材料供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)的方案,探索房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)開發(fā)和實施材料供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)的可行之路。 本文指出,,材料供應鏈管理作為房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的核心業(yè)務之一,對其有效管理可為企業(yè)降低成本、增強市場競爭力。通過建立材料供應鏈管理系統(tǒng),使企業(yè)材料管理的信息暢通、管理科學、決策準確,降低房產(chǎn)項目開發(fā)中的材料成本,提高材料管理水平,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造新的競爭力,從而保證企業(yè)在快速多變的市場中處于領先地位。 目前國內(nèi)的房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)大都意識到企業(yè)信息化的重要性,并已經(jīng)開始了企業(yè)信息化的全面建設。然而不少企業(yè)在信息化建設過程中存在對信息化認識上的誤區(qū)和缺乏實施知識及經(jīng)驗的問題。本文通過系統(tǒng)的研究企業(yè)信息化的文獻和國際知名企業(yè)信息化建設的案例,以A公司的材料供應鏈管理系統(tǒng)實施為切入點,試圖尋找到適合我國房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化建設的流程、方法,為房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化建設提供一個理論和實踐相結(jié)合的案例。
[Abstract]:This paper takes A real estate company as the research object, regards the material supply chain management system which it develops and implements as the research subject, consults the supply chain management, enterprise information theory and so on, and refers to the domestic and foreign research results and the application cases in these aspects. Through systematic investigation, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in material supply chain management of company A, and makes use of qualitative and quantitative analysis, theoretical and practical research methods. This paper analyzes the present situation of the enterprise and the development trend of the industry, puts forward the project of the material supply chain management system of company A, and explores the feasible way for the real estate enterprise to develop and implement the material supply chain management system. This paper points out that as one of the core business of real estate enterprises, material supply chain management can reduce the cost and enhance the market competitiveness. Through the establishment of the material supply chain management system, the enterprise material management information is smooth, the management is scientific, the decision is accurate, the material cost in the development of the real estate project is reduced, the material management level is improved, and the new competitive power is created for the enterprise. In order to ensure that the enterprise in the fast-changing market in the leading position. At present, most of the domestic real estate enterprises are aware of the importance of enterprise informatization, and have started the overall construction of enterprise informatization. However, many enterprises have misunderstandings and lack of knowledge and experience in the process of informatization construction. Through the systematic research on the literature of enterprise informatization and the cases of information construction of international famous enterprises, this paper tries to find the process of informatization construction of real estate enterprises in our country by taking the material supply chain management system of company A as the starting point. Methods: to provide a case of combining theory and practice for information construction of real estate enterprises.
