【摘要】：保障性住房是我國為低收入家庭制定的住房保障政策,這關(guān)乎人民的最基本的生活需要。本文論述了目前我國保障性住房的實行情況,并提出了政策執(zhí)行中存在的問題,對問題進(jìn)行分析并提出應(yīng)對建議,目的在于為我國的保障性住房發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Affordable housing is a housing security policy for low-income families in China, which relates to the basic needs of the people. This paper discusses the implementation of the indemnificatory housing in our country at present, and puts forward the problems existing in the implementation of the policy, analyzes the problems and puts forward some suggestions, in order to provide some reference significance for the development of the indemnificatory housing in our country.
