【摘要】：新型工業(yè)化建造保障性住房方式的興起,將有效解決城鎮(zhèn)化進程中中低收入的城鎮(zhèn)居民和進入城市農(nóng)民的住房難問題。在新型工業(yè)化中保障房建造面臨的重要問題包括房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商和政府的利益問題、通用體系和專用體系選擇問題、工廠化生產(chǎn)方法選擇問題等。研究這些問題,將會有助于政府決策和提高對保障房工業(yè)化建設(shè)的管理水平。
[Abstract]:The rise of the new type of industrialization in the construction of affordable housing will effectively solve the problem of housing difficulties for low- and middle-income urban residents and urban farmers in the process of urbanization. In the new industrialization, the important problems of indemnificatory apartment construction include the benefit of real estate developer and government, the selection of general system and special system, the choice of factory production method and so on. The study of these problems will help the government to make decisions and improve the management level of indemnificatory apartment industrialization construction.
