【摘要】：投資是需要投資標(biāo)的與投資時機(jī)有效結(jié)合,才能催生投資收益的行為選擇。如此這般,是否能達(dá)到資產(chǎn)的保值與增值,面對大的宏觀周期背景,應(yīng)如何看待眼下的樓市火爆與市場的長久發(fā)展?此文,引入利益分析法,從美國的政策導(dǎo)向來看未來經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展走勢,進(jìn)而思考我們的投資選擇。
[Abstract]:Investment is a behavioral choice that requires an effective combination of the investment target and the investment opportunity. In this way, whether to achieve the preservation and appreciation of assets, in the face of a large macro-cyclical background, how to look at the current market boom and long-term development of the market? In this paper, we introduce the interest analysis method to look at the future economic development trend from the policy direction of the United States, and then think about our investment options.
