【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)《房地產(chǎn)估價(jià)》課程教學(xué)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,提出通過(guò)建立房地產(chǎn)估價(jià)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室,加強(qiáng)雙師型教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),完善課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容,改進(jìn)課程教學(xué)方式,提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情等措施改進(jìn)《房地產(chǎn)估價(jià)》教學(xué)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the course of Real Estate valuation, this paper puts forward that through the establishment of the real estate evaluation simulation laboratory, the construction of the contingent of double-qualified teachers should be strengthened, the teaching content of the course should be perfected, and the teaching method of the course should be improved. To improve students' enthusiasm for study and other measures to improve the teaching of Real Estate valuation.
