【摘要】:2011年之前的10年,持續(xù)高增長(zhǎng)的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)投資及房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)成就了中國(guó)工程機(jī)械,但“四萬(wàn)億”刺激帶來(lái)的輝煌過(guò)后,這兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動(dòng)因素不再持續(xù)發(fā)力,一直持續(xù)高企的基本建設(shè)投資規(guī)模和房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展得到了有效控制,這直接導(dǎo)致工程機(jī)械行業(yè)進(jìn)入從高速增長(zhǎng)向中低速增長(zhǎng)的過(guò)渡調(diào)整期。調(diào)整期內(nèi),需求增速放緩、產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩、激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)可能導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各層級(jí)的企業(yè)出現(xiàn)大洗牌。在調(diào)整期里存活下來(lái)的企業(yè)才有可能享有未來(lái)由城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的快速推進(jìn)及保持經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)的其他措施帶來(lái)的行業(yè)發(fā)展新機(jī)遇。2010年開(kāi)始代理經(jīng)銷(xiāo)工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的吉峰農(nóng)機(jī)工程機(jī)械板塊,是否能夠利用行業(yè)調(diào)整的機(jī)會(huì)取得發(fā)展,如何判斷自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)以做出變革并培育出獨(dú)特的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以謀求快速成長(zhǎng)。本文希望結(jié)合自身特點(diǎn)、行業(yè)趨勢(shì)來(lái)探討這些問(wèn)題,從而制定出適合吉峰農(nóng)機(jī)工程機(jī)械板塊業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。本文以戰(zhàn)略管理理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用波特五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型、SWOT矩陣等分析方法,通過(guò)對(duì)吉峰工程機(jī)械板塊現(xiàn)階段的內(nèi)部資源與能力進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合工程機(jī)械行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)需求特點(diǎn),分析了吉峰農(nóng)機(jī)工程機(jī)械板塊業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)及機(jī)會(huì)威脅,從而對(duì)吉峰工程機(jī)械板塊的代理產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)選擇、經(jīng)營(yíng)模式變革等進(jìn)行探討,確立其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并制定相應(yīng)的保障措施來(lái)推進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略的貫徹實(shí)施。全文共分為緒論、內(nèi)部資源與能力分析、外部環(huán)境分析、戰(zhàn)略制定、戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障和總結(jié)等六個(gè)部分。
[Abstract]:China's construction machinery was made by a decade of sustained growth in infrastructure investment and real estate in the decade leading up to 2011, but after the splendor of the "4 trillion" stimulus, these two key drivers are no longer sustained. The continuous high scale of capital construction investment and the rapid development of real estate industry have been effectively controlled, which directly leads the construction machinery industry to enter the transition period from high growth to medium and low speed growth. During the adjustment period, demand growth slowed, overcapacity, fierce competition may lead to industrial chain at all levels of enterprise reshuffle. It is only during the adjustment period that enterprises that survive the adjustment period may enjoy new opportunities for industry development brought about by the rapid development of urbanization and other measures to maintain stable economic growth. Jiji, which began to distribute construction machinery products as an agent in 2010, Peak agricultural machinery construction machinery plate, Whether can make use of the opportunity of industry adjustment to achieve development, how to judge their own strengths, weaknesses in order to make changes and cultivate a unique core competitiveness in order to seek rapid growth. This paper hopes to discuss these problems in combination with its own characteristics and industry trends, so as to formulate a strategy suitable for the business development of Jifeng agricultural machinery construction machinery plate. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of Jifeng construction machinery plate at the present stage by using Porter's five-force competition model and SWOT matrix, and combines the competitive structure of construction machinery industry. The characteristics of market demand, the advantages and disadvantages of Jifeng agricultural machinery construction machinery plate business development and the opportunity threat are analyzed, and the agent product planning, target market selection and business model reform of Jifeng construction machinery plate are discussed. Establish its development strategy, and formulate the corresponding safeguard measures to promote the implementation of the strategy. The paper is divided into six parts: introduction, internal resource and ability analysis, external environment analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation guarantee and summary.
