【摘要】：進(jìn)入"新常態(tài)"的中國經(jīng)濟(jì),需要再進(jìn)行一次思想解放。中國房地產(chǎn)市場近二十年的高速發(fā)展,尤其近十年來的超常規(guī)發(fā)展模式暴露出來的問題、帶來的隱患、積累的矛盾不能允許按照原有模式走下去,必須通過思想解放,深化包括政府財政體系、政府管控體系甚至是政治架構(gòu)模式等各方面的改革,來解決中國市場化改革進(jìn)程中遇到的以房地產(chǎn)市場為典型的發(fā)展問題。
[Abstract]:Entering the "new normal" of China's economy, we need to carry out another ideological emancipation. The rapid development of China's real estate market in the past 20 years, especially the problems exposed by the supernormal development model in the past ten years, the hidden dangers brought about by the accumulation of contradictions cannot be allowed to go on in accordance with the original model, and must be emancipated through thought. Deepening the reform including the government financial system, the government control system and even the political structure model, to solve the real estate market typical development problems encountered in the process of China's market-oriented reform.
