創(chuàng)宏公司項(xiàng)目人力資源精細(xì)化管理研究

【摘要】:房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱行業(yè)之一,在近年來受到國際經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)以及國內(nèi)宏觀調(diào)控政策加緊的雙重影響下,生存環(huán)境惡劣化。房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)要在此大環(huán)境中取得持續(xù)發(fā)展并尋求市場地位的鞏固,就必須要從企業(yè)自身的管理體制入手,加強(qiáng)自身的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)抗御能力,增強(qiáng)自身的管理控制能力。其中,作為房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的重要工作模塊——項(xiàng)目管理的優(yōu)化顯得尤為重要?v觀目前國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)龍頭企業(yè),無一不在項(xiàng)目管理上擁有過人的優(yōu)勢和實(shí)力。但終究來說,決定項(xiàng)目管理成效高低的最重要因素是人的因素,人是項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)與推進(jìn)的主體,因此,項(xiàng)目人力資源管理可以說是影響項(xiàng)目建設(shè)質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度和成本控制管理的重要因素。 本文以廣州創(chuàng)宏房地產(chǎn)公司項(xiàng)目為研究對象,以項(xiàng)目人力資源精細(xì)化管理為研究內(nèi)容,探討目前房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并綜合運(yùn)用人力資源管理和項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論與方法,提出了構(gòu)建創(chuàng)宏公司項(xiàng)目人力資源精細(xì)化管理的思路和方案。本論文主要采用的研究方法有文獻(xiàn)研究法、訪談法、案例分析法等。通過對創(chuàng)宏公司的研究,為其項(xiàng)目人力資源管理提出了六大方面的建議。本研究有助于解決當(dāng)前創(chuàng)宏房地產(chǎn)公司項(xiàng)目人力資源管理中存在的問題,并對國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目人力資源精細(xì)化管理有一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The real estate industry, as one of the important pillar industries of our national economy, has been affected by the international economic crisis and the intensification of domestic macro-control policies in recent years. In order to achieve sustainable development in this environment and seek the consolidation of market position, real estate enterprises must start with their own management system, strengthen their ability to resist risks and strengthen their management and control ability. Among them, as an important work module of real estate enterprises-project management optimization is particularly important. Throughout the current domestic real estate leading enterprises, all without the project management has a superior advantage and strength. But after all, the most important factor to determine the effectiveness of project management is the human factor, which is the main body of project design, development and promotion. Therefore, project human resource management can be said to affect the quality of project construction. Important factors in schedule and cost control management. In this paper, the project of Guangzhou Chuanghong Real Estate Company is taken as the research object, and the detailed management of project human resources is taken as the research content, and the present situation and existing problems of human resource management of real estate project are discussed. Based on the related theories and methods of human resource management and project management, this paper puts forward the train of thought and scheme to construct the project human resource fine management of Chuanghong company. The main research methods of this paper are literature research, interview, case analysis and so on. Through the research of Chuanghong Company, this paper puts forward six suggestions for its project human resource management. This study is helpful to solve the problems existing in the project human resource management of Chuanghong Real Estate Company, and has some reference for the domestic real estate enterprises to construct the project human resource fine management.
