本文選題：房地產(chǎn)市場　切入點(diǎn)：區(qū)域性寡頭　出處：《價(jià)格月刊》2015年03期

【摘要】：從我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)整體來看,還沒有出現(xiàn)壟斷性寡頭市場,但在區(qū)域性市場中,一些主導(dǎo)型房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)所占市場份額和對(duì)市場的影響力,都表現(xiàn)出寡頭壟斷特點(diǎn)。在分析我國房地產(chǎn)市場結(jié)構(gòu)和存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國外房地產(chǎn)市場的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出推動(dòng)我國房地產(chǎn)市場健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:There is no monopoly oligopoly market in our real estate industry as a whole, but in the regional market, the market share and influence of some leading real estate enterprises all show the characteristics of oligopoly.On the basis of analyzing the structure and existing problems of the real estate market in our country, and referring to the development experience of the foreign real estate market, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market in our country.
