【摘要】:隨著國家城鎮(zhèn)化速度的加快,房地產行業(yè)迎來了發(fā)展的春天。許多新注冊的房地產企業(yè)就像雨后春筍般遍地都是,這些企業(yè)都來分享由國家城鎮(zhèn)化政策所帶來的巨大市場這塊蛋糕。那么誰能把握機遇在市場的大潮中站穩(wěn)腳跟,并逐漸發(fā)展壯大成為像萬科、恒大這樣的巨無霸;誰又被市場逐漸遺忘,灰飛煙滅?究竟是什么原因導致了這樣巨大的差距,長久來看是質量。因為質量贏得信任,信任鑄就品牌,品牌占領市場,市場促進發(fā)展。 本文首先從研究的背景出發(fā)說明研究的意義,接著對房地產項目質量管理的基本理論及方法進行闡述,其次以A商住小區(qū)為案例深刻分析A商住小區(qū)的項目質量管理方案及其的保障措施,最后對A商住小區(qū)的項目質量管理進行總結和對未來房地產項目質量管理進行展望。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of national urbanization, the real estate industry ushered in the spring of development.Many newly registered real estate companies have sprung up to share in the huge market pie created by the country's urbanisation policy.So who can seize the opportunity to stand firm in the market tide, and gradually grow into a giant like Vanke, Evergrande; who is gradually forgotten by the market, lost in smoke?What is the cause of such a huge gap, in the long run is quality.Because the quality wins the trust, the trust creates the brand, the brand occupies the market, the market promotes the development.This paper first explains the significance of the research from the background of the research, and then expounds the basic theory and methods of the quality management of real estate projects.Secondly, taking A commercial and residential district as a case, the project quality management scheme and its guarantee measures are deeply analyzed. Finally, the project quality management of A commercial and residential district is summarized and the future real estate project quality management is prospected.
