【摘要】：伴隨著社會經濟的不斷發(fā)展,房地產市場的發(fā)展也突飛猛進,日趨活躍。有大量的商品房和企事業(yè)單位建造了大量房產,這些對于廣大老百姓和單位工作人員的生活條件和辦公條件得到了極大的改善。同時,占有、使用的房產數量增長明顯,房地產證在保護老百姓和企事業(yè)單位安全和利益方面起到了重要的確權作用。因此,辦理房地產證的人越來越多,為了讓老百姓辦證更加輕松,本文從我縣不動產登記事務中心的角度,提出幾點建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, the development of the real estate market is also advancing by leaps and bounds.A large number of commercial houses, enterprises and institutions have built a large number of real estate, which has greatly improved the living conditions and office conditions of the majority of ordinary people and unit staff.At the same time, possession, use of the number of real estate has increased significantly, real estate certificate in the protection of the common people and enterprises and institutions in the safety and interests of the important role of certainty.Therefore, more and more people handle real estate card, in order to make it easier for ordinary people, this paper puts forward several suggestions from the angle of real estate registration center in our county.
