重慶萬湖房地產(chǎn)有限公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)問題研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理論的引進和發(fā)展,隨著優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化建設(shè)成功經(jīng)驗的傳播和借鑒,企業(yè)文化能在企業(yè)中造就“制度”不能產(chǎn)生的力量已得到普遍認(rèn)同,它有利于形成高效統(tǒng)-的團隊,有利于企業(yè)目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。但在重慶萬湖房地產(chǎn)有限公司的實踐工作中,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)也存在著不少問題,那么為了充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)文化的積極作用,有必要對該公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問題進行深入研究,探索企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的改進之路。基于此,本文以重慶萬湖房地產(chǎn)有限公司作為研究對象,以其企業(yè)文化建設(shè)作為研究視角,通過對企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問題進行深入研究,找尋致使該公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)長久不落地的關(guān)鍵因素。 本文通過理論與實際相結(jié)合、文獻資料與問卷調(diào)查相結(jié)合、系統(tǒng)性與重點性相結(jié)合的研究方法,力圖探索重慶萬湖房地產(chǎn)有限公司企業(yè)文化改進的有效路徑,制定可供參考,切實可行的改進方案以及實施方案的具體措施。本文首先闡述了企業(yè)文化的內(nèi)涵和特征,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)容與步驟以及基本要求,為研究重慶萬湖房地產(chǎn)有限公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問題提供理論支持和參考依據(jù)。然后,通過對公司在精神文化建設(shè)、制度文化建設(shè)、行為文化建設(shè)、物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)層面的現(xiàn)狀進行全而梳理和歸納總結(jié),找出公司文化建設(shè)中存在的問題。進而,結(jié)合近十年房地產(chǎn)市場的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、發(fā)展特點及房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的通病,對公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問題進行了深入的剖析,找出癥結(jié)所在。最后針對以上問題和成因,提出了公司在今后企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中的總體框架及具體措施。 通過本文的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)存在的問題是多層面的,主要在于精神文化建設(shè)得不到員工的廣泛認(rèn)同,制度文化建設(shè)沒有及時跟進,行為文化建設(shè)缺乏有效落實,物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)力度不足。形成此類問題的原因也是多方面的,其根本原因在于集團授權(quán)不充分,以及企業(yè)文化建設(shè)缺乏全面動員,導(dǎo)致價值理念脫離本地市場和本地員工的需求,精神文化建設(shè)難以得到員工的高度認(rèn)同,從而體現(xiàn)在行為文化建設(shè)上,員工難以有意識地積極實踐。其直接原因在于缺乏相應(yīng)的規(guī)章制度為企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提供強有力的保障。除此以外,缺乏宣傳和引導(dǎo);缺乏企業(yè)文化手冊等在不同層面,不同程度上都影響著企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的貫徹和執(zhí)行。針對這些問題及成因,制定企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的總體框架,應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)一切從實際出發(fā),從滿足重慶本地市場需求和本地員工需求,以及公司發(fā)展階段的特殊要求出發(fā),制定企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的總體目標(biāo),創(chuàng)造適應(yīng)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)發(fā)展及成熟期企業(yè)發(fā)展的企業(yè)文化建設(shè);遵循系統(tǒng)性、長期性、全員參與性、追求實效性四項基本原則;從重塑精神文化,完善制度文化,落實行為文化,提升物質(zhì)文化四個方面協(xié)調(diào)籌劃,總體推進,改善公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)以及相應(yīng)的具體措施。
[Abstract]:With the introduction and development of the modern enterprise management theory, with the spread of excellent enterprise culture construction experience and reference for enterprise culture in the enterprise can make the "system" can not produce the power has been generally recognized, it is conducive to the formation of a unified and efficient team, to achieve the goal of the enterprise. But in Chongqing, Lake real real estate company limited in the practical work of the construction of enterprise culture, there are also many problems, so in order to give full play to the positive role of corporate culture, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on enterprise culture construction of the company in question, explore and improve the corporate culture construction of the road. Based on this, this paper takes Chongqing million Lake Real Estate Co. company as the research object, with the construction of enterprise culture as the research perspective, through in-depth study of the existing problems in the building of enterprise culture, the enterprise culture to find The key to the construction of a long run.
In this paper, through the combination of theory and practice, the combination of literature and questionnaire, the research method of the system and the key combination, tries to explore the effective path of Chongqing million Lake real estate company enterprise culture improvement, formulate specific measures for reference, the feasible improvement scheme and implementation plan. This paper first describes the the connotation and features of corporate culture, contents and steps of the construction of corporate culture as well as the basic requirements, to provide theoretical support and reference for the enterprise culture construction of Chongqing Lake real estate company in question. Then, according to the company in the construction of spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavior culture construction, comprehensive combing and summarized the construction material and cultural level, find out the problems in the corporate cultural construction. Then, with nearly ten years of real estate market development, development The characteristics of exhibitions and the common problems of cultural construction of real estate enterprises, in-depth analysis of the problems in corporate culture construction, find out the crux of the problem. Finally, aiming at the above problems and causes, we put forward the overall framework and specific measures for corporate culture construction in the future.
This study found that there are problems of the construction of corporate culture is multifaceted, mainly lies in the construction of spiritual culture is not widely recognized by the staff, system cultural construction is not timely follow-up, behavior cultural construction is lack of effective implementation, material cultural construction is insufficient. The reasons for these problems are various, the fundamental the reason is that the group authorization is not sufficient, and the enterprise culture construction is lack of full mobilization, resulting in values from the local market and local staff needs, spiritual and cultural construction to get employees highly identity, which reflects the cultural construction in the act, employees to consciously practice actively. The direct reason lies in the lack of corresponding regulations to provide a powerful guarantee for the construction of enterprise culture. In addition, the lack of publicity and guidance; lack of corporate culture handbook in different level, different The degree of impact on the implementation and execution of corporate culture construction. To solve these problems and causes, formulate overall framework of enterprise culture construction, should be based on everything from reality, from Chongqing to meet the needs of the local market and the local needs of employees, and the company's stage of development of special requirements of the overall objectives of the construction of enterprise culture, create to adapt to the enterprise culture construction enterprise development of real estate enterprises and the mature period; follow the systematic, long-term, full participation, the pursuit of the effectiveness of the four basic principles; from the remodeling of spirit culture, system culture, the behavior culture, enhance the physical and cultural aspects of the four coordinated planning, overall progress, improve the corporate cultural construction and the corresponding measures.
