【摘要】：中國(guó)銀行遼寧省分行是中國(guó)銀行十大重點(diǎn)區(qū)域分行之一,2010年,中國(guó)銀行遼寧省分行的不良資產(chǎn)比例低于1%,在不良資產(chǎn)管理問(wèn)題上取得了顯著效果。但金融危機(jī)的影響尚未消除,出口持續(xù)萎靡、房地產(chǎn)泡沫嚴(yán)重、通貨膨脹居高不下等越演越烈,這些因素都是不良資產(chǎn)形成的潛在因素,所以中國(guó)銀行遼寧省分行不應(yīng)停留在眼前的業(yè)績(jī)上,應(yīng)該根據(jù)形勢(shì)發(fā)展加強(qiáng)對(duì)不良資產(chǎn)的管理。 本文首先對(duì)中國(guó)銀行遼寧省分行進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹,并提出本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容、思路與方法；隨后提出本文的理論基礎(chǔ),包括不良資產(chǎn)的內(nèi)行、表現(xiàn)形式、成因、勝任力理論、多準(zhǔn)則決策理論等,并根據(jù)當(dāng)前宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形式,分析資產(chǎn)管理面臨的特殊要求；對(duì)中國(guó)銀行遼寧省分行不良資產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,對(duì)不良資產(chǎn)管理實(shí)例進(jìn)行研究分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出中國(guó)銀行遼寧省分行不良資產(chǎn)管理在盡職調(diào)查、從業(yè)人員勝任力、處置方式優(yōu)選評(píng)價(jià)等方面存在的問(wèn)題；隨后根據(jù)目前中國(guó)銀行遼寧省分行不良資產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)有的管理對(duì)策,并以勝任力理論、多準(zhǔn)則決策理論為指導(dǎo),提出改善中國(guó)銀行遼寧省分行不良資產(chǎn)管理的政策建議與保障措施。
[Abstract]:The Bank of China Liaoning Branch is one of the 10 key regional branches of the Bank of China. In 2010, the proportion of non-performing assets in the branch of the Bank of China in Liaoning Province was less than 1%, which has achieved remarkable results in the management of non-performing assets. However, the impact of the financial crisis has not been eliminated. As exports continue to languish, real estate bubbles become severe and inflation continues to rise, all these factors are potential factors for the formation of non-performing assets. Therefore, the Liaoning branch of the Bank of China should not remain in the immediate performance. The management of bad assets should be strengthened according to the development of the situation. This paper first introduces the Bank of China Liaoning Branch, and puts forward the research contents, ideas and methods of this paper, and then puts forward the theoretical basis of this paper, including the expertise of non-performing assets, forms of expression, causes, competency theory, The multi-criteria decision theory, and according to the current macroeconomic form, analyzes the special requirements of asset management, combs the current situation of non-performing assets management in Bank of China Liaoning Province Branch, and studies and analyzes the examples of non-performing assets management. On the basis of this, the paper points out the problems existing in the management of non-performing assets of Bank of China Liaoning Province Branch in the aspects of due diligence, the competence of employees, the optimal selection and evaluation of disposal methods, etc. Subsequently, according to the current management countermeasures of non-performing assets management in Bank of China Liaoning Province Branch, and guided by competency theory and multi-criteria decision theory, This paper puts forward the policy suggestions and safeguard measures to improve the management of non-performing assets of Bank of China Liaoning Branch.
