【摘要】：在Internet飛速發(fā)展的今天,電子商務(wù)代表著一種新的趨勢(shì)發(fā)展起來。它提供了網(wǎng)上交易平臺(tái),方便了企業(yè)與客戶之間的交流,極大的提高了工作效率與信息交流的便捷。本文實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)為房地產(chǎn)中介公司租售房服務(wù)的電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng),采用微軟的ASP.NET技術(shù)以及SQL Server 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)作為工具進(jìn)行開發(fā)。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)從操作簡(jiǎn)單性,界面友好性,功能實(shí)用性出發(fā),為房產(chǎn)信息發(fā)布、管理、租賃及交易提供了一個(gè)廣闊而廉價(jià)的平臺(tái),為客戶提供了便捷而全面的房屋租售信息,使客戶可以快速、方便地找到條件、地點(diǎn)、價(jià)格合適的房源。本文設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)主要包括個(gè)人信息管理、信息發(fā)布、房源查詢、房源管理、信息交流、用戶管理等功能,基本滿足房源租賃工作的需要。本文主要介紹了相關(guān)課題的研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、開發(fā)過程和完成的功能,重點(diǎn)說明了本課題所用的工具以及設(shè)計(jì)思想、模塊功能流程的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。本文共有七章,開始就對(duì)對(duì)房地產(chǎn)中介行業(yè)的發(fā)展背景及該行業(yè)中介信息系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了闡述;其次對(duì)系統(tǒng)采用的核心技術(shù)C#,進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹;利用軟件工程的思想,詳細(xì)描述了目標(biāo)用戶的實(shí)際需求,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了系統(tǒng)的模塊設(shè)計(jì)及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì);然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊提出了具體的代碼實(shí)現(xiàn),最后采用黑盒測(cè)試的方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet, e-commerce represents a new trend. It provides an online trading platform and facilitates the communication between enterprises and customers. The system realized in this paper is an electronic commerce system for real estate intermediary companies to rent and sell houses. The ASP.NET technology of Microsoft and the database management system of SQL Server 2005 are used as tools to develop the whole system. Leasing and trading provide a vast and inexpensive platform for customers to provide convenient and comprehensive rental and sale information, so that customers can quickly and easily find the conditions, location, The system designed and developed in this paper mainly includes the functions of personal information management, information release, house source inquiry, housing source management, information exchange, user management, etc. This paper mainly introduces the research background, the domestic and foreign research status, the development process and the completed function of the related subject, and mainly explains the tools and design ideas used in this subject. The detailed design and implementation process of the module function flow. There are seven chapters in this paper, the development background of the real estate intermediary industry and the current situation and trend of the intermediary information system in the real estate industry are described. Secondly, the core technology of the system, C#, is briefly introduced, and the actual needs of the target users are described in detail by using the idea of software engineering. On the basis of this, the module design and database design of the system are put forward. Then the main function modules of the system are implemented and the black box test method is used to test the system.
