【摘要】:近期,國務(wù)院出臺了《十二五綠色建筑科技發(fā)展專項規(guī)劃》、《關(guān)于加快推動我國綠色建筑發(fā)展的實施意見》等一系列節(jié)能減排政策,明確將在房地產(chǎn)等相關(guān)行業(yè)發(fā)展綠色建筑納入國家中長期(2006-2020)戰(zhàn)略綱要。在這樣的背景下,有必要對國內(nèi)外綠色建筑評價體系的最新動態(tài)進(jìn)行研究和分析,為建筑工程人員的綠色建筑設(shè)計提供指導(dǎo)。 本文主要分三個部分。首先回顧了綠色建筑及綠色地產(chǎn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及綠色建筑評價體系產(chǎn)生的歷史背景。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,,對目前國內(nèi)外比較重要的綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了介紹,并重點(diǎn)介紹了我國綠色建筑及綠色建筑評估體系現(xiàn)狀。 其次重點(diǎn)對美國LEED認(rèn)證體系進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,通過LEED評估對設(shè)計理論指導(dǎo)作用進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),提出對建筑方案指導(dǎo)的內(nèi)容,分析對工程成本增加的影響。 文章的最后,通過LEED認(rèn)證在實際項目中的應(yīng)用來論證方案的可行性。在實際應(yīng)用中,詳細(xì)分析了項目針對LEED認(rèn)證可持續(xù)發(fā)展選址、節(jié)水、能源與大氣環(huán)境、材料與資源的利用、室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量和創(chuàng)新設(shè)計六項內(nèi)容所采取的技術(shù)策略,并總結(jié)出LEED評估體系在中國應(yīng)用存在的問題。
[Abstract]:Recently, the State Council issued a series of energy-saving and emission reduction policies such as the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Scientific and technological Development of Green buildings, the "opinions on the implementation of speeding up the Development of Green buildings in China", and other policies on energy conservation and emission reduction. It is clear that the development of green buildings in real estate and other related industries will be included in the national medium- and long-term strategic outline of 2006-2020. Against this background, it is necessary to study and analyze the latest developments in the evaluation system of green buildings at home and abroad. To provide guidance for green building design for construction engineers. This paper is divided into three parts. Firstly, it reviews the present situation of green building and green real estate development, and the historical background of green building evaluation system. This paper introduces the evaluation standards of green buildings at home and abroad, and emphatically introduces the present situation of green buildings and the evaluation system of green buildings in China. Secondly, the LEED certification system in the United States is analyzed in detail, and the design theory guidance function is analyzed and summarized through LEED evaluation. The contents of the guidance to the construction scheme are put forward, and the influence on the project cost increase is analyzed. At the end of the paper, the feasibility of the project is demonstrated by the LEED certification in the actual project. In the practical application, the project is analyzed in detail for the LEED certification sustainable development location, water saving, energy and atmospheric environment. The use of materials and resources, indoor air quality and innovative design of six technical strategies adopted, and summed up the application of LEED evaluation system in China.
