【摘要】：正中國和歐洲國家之間密切的高訪互動(dòng)令中歐關(guān)系持續(xù)升溫,歐洲房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)也備受中國投資者的追棒。本文認(rèn)為,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)放緩在某種程度上提高了歐洲作為投資目的地的吸引力,但投資者仍須關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)和地緣政治等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。一些人士認(rèn)為,中國股市的劇烈震蕩和房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的不確定性將促使中國投資者對(duì)投資海外房地產(chǎn)的興趣增強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:The close interaction between China and European countries has continued to warm up China-EU relations, and the European real estate industry is also being pursued by Chinese investors. The slowdown in China has made Europe's attractiveness as an investment destination somewhat more attractive, but investors still have to look at risks such as the economy and geopolitics. Sharp swings in China's stock market and uncertainty in the real estate sector will boost interest among Chinese investors in investing in overseas real estate.
