【摘要】：正近日,上海市召開住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理工作會議。會議上傳出的信息顯示,上海市將著力優(yōu)化住房供應(yīng)體系,加強(qiáng)房地產(chǎn)市場監(jiān)管,完善促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)市場持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的政策機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)事中事后監(jiān)管,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)行為;大力推進(jìn)舊區(qū)、城中村和舊住房綜合改造,穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)保障性安居工程建設(shè)。
