【摘要】：對于競爭日漸激烈的房地產(chǎn)市場，，且伴隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷深入，地產(chǎn)項目作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的龍頭產(chǎn)業(yè)，在我國發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。在相同的開發(fā)環(huán)境與條件下,工程項目建設(shè)中誰能既確保工程進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量,又狠抓項目開發(fā)成本的管理,把握和控制好合理的工程投資造價,以最低的項目成本來獲得最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益,就能成為在激烈的市場競爭中獲取主動的贏家,因此而走向成功。 本文以新世界集團(tuán)地產(chǎn)項目中的酒店項目的客房精裝修工程為研究課題，分析本項目中投資控制管理系統(tǒng)，重點研究三個方面的問題，一是對工程項目投資控制理論進(jìn)行概括性的分析；二是系統(tǒng)的分析新世界酒店客房精裝修的投資控制現(xiàn)狀及其中存在的問題；三是全面的分析新世界酒店客房精裝修的投資控制問題的解決對策。 本論文將要取得兩個研究成果，一是通過全面系統(tǒng)的對新世界酒店客房精裝修的投資控制現(xiàn)狀及其中存在的問題的分析，明確其中存在的主要問題。二是通過對新世界酒店客房部分精裝修的投資控制的解決對策的研究得到具有針對性的解決措施�？傊ㄟ^本論文的研究，分析出新世界酒店客房精裝修的投資控制工作的存在的問題，并在以后的工作中加以注意和避免，保障未來的工作順利開展。

In this paper, the new world real estate project in the hotel project of the fine decoration project as a research topic, analysis of the project investment control management system, focusing on three aspects of the problem, The first is the general analysis of the investment control theory of the project, the second is the systematic analysis of the investment control status and the existing problems in the fine decoration of Hotel New World guest room. The third is a comprehensive analysis of Hotel New World room fine decoration investment control countermeasures.
