【摘要】：自從幾年前市場經(jīng)濟體制經(jīng)過新的宏觀調(diào)控以后,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)就發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。房價一改以往單邊上漲的趨勢,開始進(jìn)入下降通道。國家也開始對房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)態(tài)度的改變:從支柱企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槊裆髽I(yè)。房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)開始面對新一輪的問題,尤其是面對投資決策失敗時造成的影響最大。投資失敗有很多種情況,涵蓋投資者對房地產(chǎn)的定位失敗,銷售能力等問題。本文結(jié)合實際情況進(jìn)行簡單分析,希望能夠?qū)Ψ康禺a(chǎn)項目投資提供一些幫助,了解投資評價下的重要方向。
[Abstract]:Since the market economy system passed the new macro-control a few years ago, the real estate industry has undergone earth-shaking changes. The country also began to change the attitude of the real estate industry: from pillar enterprises to people's livelihood enterprises. Real estate enterprises began to face a new round of problems. Especially in the face of investment decision-making failure caused the greatest impact. There are many kinds of investment failure, including the investors of the real estate positioning failure, sales ability and other issues. This paper combined with the actual situation for a simple analysis. Hope to provide some help to real estate project investment, understand the important direction of investment evaluation.
