【摘要】：為規(guī)范我國房地產(chǎn)市場健康穩(wěn)定的運行,對房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟進行宏觀調(diào)控是必要且必須的。近年來,我國對房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟的宏觀調(diào)控政策趨于合理,但也存在著一些問題。本文通過對我國地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和我國地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟宏觀調(diào)控政策實踐的分析,指出了目前我國房地產(chǎn)宏觀調(diào)控政策存在的一些問題,從而提出了房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟宏觀調(diào)控政策的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In order to regulate the healthy and stable operation of the real estate market in China, it is necessary and necessary to carry out macro-control of the real estate economy. In recent years, the macro-control policy of the real estate economy in our country tends to be reasonable. However, there are some problems.
