【摘要】：融資戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)成企業(yè)整體戰(zhàn)略的一部分,企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略對(duì)融資戰(zhàn)略的指定和實(shí)施具有指導(dǎo)作用,融資戰(zhàn)略又反過來影響企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和成敗。企業(yè)融資戰(zhàn)略的主要任務(wù)就是在對(duì)自身狀況和現(xiàn)有資金市場充分認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇企業(yè)的融資方向,確定融資渠道和方法,調(diào)整企業(yè)內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu),來制定其相應(yīng)階段的投融資戰(zhàn)略,控制融資戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),確保戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的完成。 本文選用NY電纜集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,其業(yè)務(wù)范圍包括電纜行業(yè)和房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)。作為民營企業(yè),NY電纜集團(tuán)在多元化經(jīng)營、資產(chǎn)快速擴(kuò)張時(shí)期,如何籌集企業(yè)發(fā)展所需資金,不斷提高企業(yè)的融資能力,如何構(gòu)建企業(yè)合理的資本結(jié)構(gòu),以合理的資本成本融得資金,構(gòu)成了企業(yè)必須要面對(duì)的戰(zhàn)略選擇問題,同時(shí)也對(duì)企業(yè)的融資結(jié)構(gòu)、融資能力提出了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、運(yùn)籌學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、歸納總結(jié)、理論和實(shí)例相結(jié)合的方法,通過對(duì)企業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的分析和研究,在依據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)等相關(guān)理論知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了如何優(yōu)化資本結(jié)構(gòu)以及在融資中應(yīng)考慮的建設(shè)性觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The financing strategy is a part of the enterprise's overall strategy, and the corporate strategy has a guiding role in the designation and implementation of the financing strategy. Financing strategy in turn affects the implementation and success of the enterprise strategy. The main task of the enterprise financing strategy is to choose the financing direction of the enterprise on the basis of fully understanding its own situation and the existing capital market. To determine the financing channels and methods, to adjust the internal financial structure of the enterprise, to formulate its corresponding stage of investment and financing strategy, to control the risk in the implementation of the financing strategy, to ensure the completion of the strategic objectives. In this paper, NY Cable Group is chosen as the research object. Its business scope includes cable industry and real estate industry. As a private enterprise, NY Cable Group is in the period of diversified operation and rapid expansion of assets. How to raise the funds needed for the development of the enterprise, improve the financing ability of the enterprise continuously, how to construct the reasonable capital structure of the enterprise, and obtain the funds with the reasonable capital cost, constitute the strategic choice problem that the enterprise must face. At the same time, the financing structure of enterprises, financing capacity put forward a severe challenge. This paper uses economics, management, statistics, operational research and other related theories, the use of literature analysis, summary, theory and examples of the combination of methods, through the analysis and research of relevant data of enterprises. Based on the relevant theories of economics and management, this paper puts forward some constructive viewpoints on how to optimize the capital structure and how to consider it in financing.
