HF公司基于尚峰匯項(xiàng)目施工管理體系改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)20年代以來(lái),作為我國(guó)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的房地產(chǎn)業(yè)隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和住房制度的深化改革得到了迅速發(fā)展。尤其是作為基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)的建筑業(yè)得到了迅猛發(fā)展。但從中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)角度的發(fā)展情況,中國(guó)的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)還比較落后,還處于原始階段,房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展也面臨許多管理系統(tǒng)等方面的問(wèn)題,隨著項(xiàng)目投資規(guī)的模增長(zhǎng),一些施工企業(yè)在工程項(xiàng)目承包中以次充好、弄虛作假,惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的手段惡劣,這些不規(guī)范的問(wèn)題已嚴(yán)重影響了工程建設(shè)的順利發(fā)展,給國(guó)家和企業(yè)的正常發(fā)展帶來(lái)了不可估計(jì)的損失。如何提高工程項(xiàng)目施工管理的可行性,全面提升項(xiàng)目施工管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和能力,強(qiáng)化企業(yè)的管理水平和市場(chǎng)占有率,是目前房地產(chǎn)施工企業(yè)迫切需要解決的問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀分析、項(xiàng)目管理理論的發(fā)展及應(yīng)用的論述,進(jìn)而對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的組織特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了描述,談了一些自己的想法。對(duì)“尚峰匯”項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程中進(jìn)度管理、質(zhì)量管理、成本控制三方面存在的問(wèn)題及施工管理方式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,間接闡述了HF建筑公司的項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀,提出了解決問(wèn)題的途徑和對(duì)策,以便對(duì)HF公司在以后實(shí)施類似項(xiàng)目時(shí),在項(xiàng)目施工管理實(shí)踐中有做到有的放矢,同時(shí)找尋一條適合本企業(yè)發(fā)展的施工項(xiàng)目管理路徑,進(jìn)而使得HF建設(shè)集團(tuán)的健康發(fā)展能夠持續(xù)。
[Abstract]:Since 2020s. As the pillar industry of our country, the real estate industry has developed rapidly with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the deepening reform of housing system, especially the construction industry, which is the basic industry. The development of the industry perspective. China's real estate industry is still relatively backward, is still in the original stage, the development of real estate enterprises also face many management system problems, with the project investment regulation model growth. Some construction enterprises in the project contract with substandard, false, vicious means of competition, these non-standard problems have seriously affected the smooth development of engineering construction. To the normal development of the country and enterprises have brought inestimable losses. How to improve the feasibility of project construction management and improve the overall project construction management standards and capabilities. Strengthening the management level and market share of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved by real estate construction enterprises. This paper discusses the development and application of project management theory through the analysis of the status quo of project management both at home and abroad. Furthermore, it describes the organizational characteristics of project management, discusses some of its own ideas, and manages progress and quality in the construction process of "Shangfeng Huihui" project. The problems in cost control and the construction management methods are optimized and analyzed. The present situation of project management in HF construction company is indirectly expounded, and the ways and countermeasures to solve the problems are put forward. In order to implement similar projects in HF company in the future, in the project construction management practice to achieve a targeted, at the same time to find a suitable for the development of the enterprise construction project management path. So that HF construction group's healthy development can be sustainable.
