【摘要】:在全面建成小康社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵階段,高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅成為最具影響力的民用建筑推廣模式。同國(guó)外發(fā)展相比,我國(guó)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅起步較晚,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與建造技術(shù)較為落后。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅具有許多優(yōu)勢(shì)和特點(diǎn),其結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能佳,抗風(fēng)性能強(qiáng),安全可靠,綜合造價(jià)低,施工便捷工期短。據(jù)行業(yè)調(diào)查,同一建筑物采取不同的結(jié)構(gòu)形式進(jìn)行施工,混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)要比鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工期可超出1/3,同時(shí)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)拆除后100%回收鋼材,綠色環(huán)保,實(shí)現(xiàn)循環(huán)利用,符合國(guó)家可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求?梢(jiàn),鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展,已經(jīng)使我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)乃至整個(gè)建筑行業(yè)踏上了新征程。通過(guò)翻閱大量文獻(xiàn),收集相關(guān)行業(yè)資料,研究主要以高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅為對(duì)象,闡述高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并指出鋼結(jié)構(gòu)作為住宅結(jié)構(gòu)體系的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系住宅在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,歸納鋼結(jié)構(gòu)自身優(yōu)點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題。分析高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅結(jié)構(gòu)各種體系的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用,剖析三種不同結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)在形式和各自優(yōu)勢(shì)和對(duì)抗震設(shè)計(jì)理念做出詳盡分析。建立模型布置方案,運(yùn)用有限元設(shè)計(jì)分析軟件PKPM計(jì)算并分析在同一地區(qū)以純鋼框架、鋼框架—支撐、鋼框架—剪力墻三種各異的結(jié)構(gòu)三維模型,得出在地震作用下三項(xiàng)結(jié)構(gòu)體系各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的差別。最后通過(guò)反應(yīng)譜分析和時(shí)程分析得出的分析結(jié)構(gòu)的振型與周期、結(jié)構(gòu)的最大位移、層間位移、層間位移角、頂點(diǎn)位移、頂點(diǎn)位移加速度數(shù)據(jù)(結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定分析)、剪重比,得出高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅在不同情況下結(jié)構(gòu)選型的優(yōu)先性,并且對(duì)于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展提出建議和意見(jiàn)。并在此研究基礎(chǔ)上,為以后相關(guān)課題深入研究提出一些亟待解決的難題。
[Abstract]:In the key stage of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way, high-rise steel structure housing has become the most influential mode of civil building promotion. Compared with the development of foreign countries, the steel structure residence in our country started relatively late. Structural design and construction technology is relatively backward. Steel structure housing has many advantages and characteristics, its structure seismic performance, strong wind resistance, safety and reliability, low comprehensive cost, short construction period. According to industry survey. The construction of the same building takes different structural forms, the concrete structure can exceed 1 / 3 of the time limit of the steel structure, at the same time, 100% steel can be recovered after demolition, green environmental protection and recycling can be realized. Meet the requirements of national sustainable development. It can be seen that the emergence and development of steel structure housing has made our real estate and even the entire construction industry embarked on a new journey. The research mainly takes the high-rise steel structure residence as the object, expounds the development present situation of the high-rise steel structure. It also points out the advantages of steel structure as a residential structure system and the development of high-rise steel structure housing with different structure systems at home and abroad. The advantages and problems of steel structure are summarized, and the design and application of various systems of high-rise steel structure residential structure are analyzed. This paper analyzes the internal forms and advantages of three different structures, and makes a detailed analysis of the seismic design concept, and establishes a model layout scheme. Using the finite element design and analysis software PKPM to calculate and analyze the three kinds of three-dimensional models of steel frame, steel frame-braced and steel frame-shear wall in the same area. Finally, through response spectrum analysis and time history analysis, the vibration pattern and period of the structure, the maximum displacement of the structure, the interstory displacement, and the displacement angle between the layers are obtained. Vertex displacement, Vertex displacement acceleration data (structural stability analysis, shear weight ratio, the structure of high-rise steel structure in different cases of the choice of priority. On the basis of this research, some problems that need to be solved are put forward for further research.
