【摘要】:我國正處于城鎮(zhèn)化的加速期,基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)企業(yè)迎來了前所未有的發(fā)展機遇,從事基建行業(yè)的企業(yè)家們都在思考如何搶得市場先機?v觀世界上卓越的企業(yè),都是那些能夠?qū)T工和企業(yè)的發(fā)展需求相結(jié)合,組織和個人形成良性互動的企業(yè)。我國基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)行業(yè)經(jīng)過若干年的快速發(fā)展,雖然已經(jīng)形成了很大的產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模,但房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的人力資源發(fā)展水平與企業(yè)規(guī)模十分不相匹配;A(chǔ)建設(shè)企業(yè)受到行業(yè)屬性的影響,高端人才少、員工素質(zhì)低、管理方式粗放,亟待自身修煉。 本文研究從事基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)事業(yè)的A公司,對該公司的人力資源狀況進行了調(diào)查,梳理了其已經(jīng)存在和使用的員工激勵措施,對現(xiàn)有的激勵措施進行了評價。筆者將致力于對A公司人力資源狀況進行定位,制定未來企業(yè)員工激勵的目標和具體策略。目的就是通過A公司的員工激勵措施的實施,激發(fā)員工的工作潛能,更好的為企業(yè)提供服務(wù)。企業(yè)也通過提升員工積極性,提升企業(yè)運行質(zhì)量,更好的適應(yīng)日趨激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境,企業(yè)的發(fā)展更上一層樓。同時,我國基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)企業(yè)眾多,大多數(shù)人力資源管理體系和員工激勵體系沒有建立完善,也希望為他們的發(fā)展能夠盡一份綿薄之力。 本文將理論運用到具體的實踐之中,對A公司人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)研,并進行了比較詳細的評價。對A公司員工激勵的措施提出了創(chuàng)新的目標,并提出了相應(yīng)的實施措施。筆者提出了具體的建議:積極調(diào)整薪酬激勵、完善績效科學(xué)考核、引入員工職業(yè)規(guī)劃、提升內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)能力、強化企業(yè)文化激勵、規(guī)劃內(nèi)外激勵結(jié)合、保障激勵措施落地,以期能夠?qū)公司的員工激勵措施創(chuàng)新有所幫助,并對其他的企業(yè)有所啟迪。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處有:充分認識A公司的企業(yè)管理水平并不完全成熟,人力資源管理工作的基礎(chǔ)不扎實,即便建立先進的員工激勵體系與現(xiàn)有的企業(yè)發(fā)展水平并不匹配。因此筆者為A公司本階段的員工激勵目標僅僅定位為“強化現(xiàn)有手段、補充創(chuàng)新策略”,激勵措施的創(chuàng)新是本階段的核心。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the acceleration period of urbanization , the foundation construction enterprise ushered in the unprecedented development opportunity , the entrepreneurs engaged in the infrastructure industry are thinking how to snatch the market advance . In view of the rapid development of the enterprise in the world , the development level of human resources of the real estate enterprise is quite different from that of the enterprise . This paper studies A company engaged in basic construction enterprise , investigates the human resources condition of the company , combs the employee incentive measures already in existence and use , and evaluates the existing incentive measures . The aim is to promote the employee ' s working potential through the implementation of employee incentive measures of company A . The aim is to improve the employee ' s working potential and to better adapt to the fierce market competition environment . In this paper , the theory is applied to the concrete practice , and the present situation of human resources management in company A is investigated , and the corresponding implementation measures are put forward . The innovation of this paper is : fully realize that A company ' s enterprise management level is not fully mature , the foundation of human resource management work is not solid , even if the establishment of the advanced employee incentive system does not match the existing enterprise development level , the author points out that the employee motivation goal in this stage of company A is only positioned as " strengthening the existing means , supplementing the innovation strategy " , and the innovation of incentive measures is the core of this stage .
